“Customer service is very impressive. Very friendly very accommodative very efficient Almost all staff demonstrate positive attitudes and they seem happy to be there. Very clean. I always wonder who trains the employees since I am a HR Director at a company. Rei , or Ray sorry don’t know how to spell her name) is soooo awesome that she is always friendly and remembers my name and what I like every time. Hugo is also good.“

“It was my first coming to this restaurant and I was flabbergasted as it looked exactly as I've seen in the pictures in the reviews.
I ordered a orange chick'n bowl under their main menu and everything that's there is exactly the same. I enjoyed it and it was a little bit sweet (depending on the sauce that comes with it 😅) But overall, I'll give this a 5 star! Thank you for assisting and giving me lots options to choose from.
P.s. the breakfast wrap was fantastic! It had the tofu with sweet potatoes.“

“Nio’s Shakes is a go-to if you want something actually clean without sacrificing taste. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and not loaded with junk.
Tons of protein options too which is huge. Whether you want something light or a full meal shake, they’ve got it.
Everything tastes fresh, not overly sweet, and you don’t get that heavy feeling after.

“Went in for a protein shake! Got the chocolate one and wow it exceeded my expectations! Also had the crosswind with mozzarella and tomatoes, also yummy! Street parking only. Also the girl at the cashier was super helpful and friendly! I will def be back!“

“Perfect start to the day! We stayed here 4 or 5 times during our week in NY for breakfast. We tested porridge, acai bowls and smoothies. The "Hell's Kitchen Sink" tastes awesome (with peanut butter and cocoa nips.) The smoothies Boo Berry, Gymbuddy and Energy Boost are each made with almond or coconut milk and protein powder .We loved everything! The service is very friendly and There are only a few seats, so we were there early (about 8 / 9h) and had no problems getting a small table.Now we are back home and miss the delicious bowls!“

“Came in here after work around Lunchtime to have a smoothie bowl as I was craving to try one. I custom made what I wanted and had the pitaya (dragonfruit) base with mango, blueberries, granola, banana, coconut flakes and honey and omgggg did it deliver!!!! Sooo delicious! Not to mention the service frok the girls there was super sweet and friendly. There’s a cute bunch of chairs to sit at outside which is where I loved to after being inside because it’s air conditioned inside and I wanted to get some sun. Highly recommended!“

“Came in the snow storm , fast delivery . I ordered bison with sweet potato and broccoli and everything was so fresh and delicious . The sweet potato was amazing and not dry at all. Iced matcha with oatmilk was wayyyy better than Starbucks . Healthy and filling. Under 30 bucks for all the food and the drink.“

Good food, calm atmosphere, and exactly the kind of place you want inside a store like Saks: clean, polished, and easy.
It feels healthy without tasting like punishment, which is apparently rare now. Great stop if you’re shopping, working nearby, or just need a decent place to sit and eat without dealing with Midtown chaos.

“I've ordered from many places that make acai or green bowls But this Playa bowl in particular, is by far the best one in brooklyn. They always seem to get it right! I dont live close to this one so most of the time I have to Uber it & when I call, if i have a question they always answer the phone, & they make sure my order is just how I wanted it. Because sometimes the app doesnt show all deals. This place has been titled as a fav for sure!“

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Service was incredible i walked in while the store had a good amount of people, i saw 2 employees and thought id never get my order. As i order this kind young man helps me decide what bowl i want (he was very generous btw), you can fully optimize yours for your liking. After i finished paying, it was mostly just me there waiting for my food so the young boy says theyll have it out in a couple minutes so a check my phone and then boom order in my face (mind you they were making a lot of orders). I forsure thought it was premade and left out or something but when i tried it it was soooo good the nutella was still gooey and warm while the base was still frozen and refreshing and all the fruits were so fresh! I wish i took a picture cus the presentation was everything but i couldnt help but eat it :( . Nonetheless, Service was amazing, the young boy was really sweet and had a nice white smile, the tall young boy made my bowl with love, and overall my experience was one of the best in all of my fast food experiences. They are such hard workers. PLAYABOWLS I WILL BE BACK!!“

“Sofia and the crew are AWESOME! The food is extremely flavorful. One of my favorite places in Queens, point blank period. Even my iced latte comes in such a pretty glass. A cafe like this is vital in the community because they actually care about flavor and presentation. If you are vegetarian, the bowl options are my go-to. A cafe that serves quinoa as a menu standard is my kind of place!“
