“It was my first coming to this restaurant and I was flabbergasted as it looked exactly as I've seen in the pictures in the reviews.
I ordered a orange chick'n bowl under their main menu and everything that's there is exactly the same. I enjoyed it and it was a little bit sweet (depending on the sauce that comes with it 😅) But overall, I'll give this a 5 star! Thank you for assisting and giving me lots options to choose from.
P.s. the breakfast wrap was fantastic! It had the tofu with sweet potatoes.“

“Gio, Yazmin and Mikayla were great. Two people greeted us when we walked in, which actually made us stay because we never ate here before. Food was good.

The only thing off putting was a white lady (I’m assuming the manager or owner) with long hair walking around making the atmosphere stiff with a not so great tone towards the employee. She also was walking behind the counter and in the back with no hair net and not even in a ponytail. Otherwise I would go again.“

“Perfect start to the day! We stayed here 4 or 5 times during our week in NY for breakfast. We tested porridge, acai bowls and smoothies. The "Hell's Kitchen Sink" tastes awesome (with peanut butter and cocoa nips.) The smoothies Boo Berry, Gymbuddy and Energy Boost are each made with almond or coconut milk and protein powder .We loved everything! The service is very friendly and There are only a few seats, so we were there early (about 8 / 9h) and had no problems getting a small table.Now we are back home and miss the delicious bowls!“

“I’ve been going to Nio’s a few times a week the last month. All their smoothies are excellent and worth the price. Sometimes I get a smoothie and it’s too much icy or tasteless. These are consistently silky smooth and very fresh. Love having this place as a regular part of my routine now!“

“Honestly I usually come here and get good service bowls are good. Not sure if it’s because the cashier was having a long day or if it’s because it’s 30 minutes before closing(not even as I write this review it’s 9:24) my bowl was made in like less than 60 seconds. Which looking at the bowl it doesn’t even look full compared to when i usually get my bowls. Cool. But the passive aggressiveness from the girl wasn’t it. Usually they put like a white cream (not sure what it is) she said it was white chocolate. I didn’t see the white chocolate & I asked nicely are you sure it’s there? And she just responded with an attitude. Everyone is entitled to bad days! We’re human. But please don’t forget you’re at work. Serving people. There’s multiple people in that store, someone else can be the face when you’re having a rough day. Just be nice!“

“Came in here after work around Lunchtime to have a smoothie bowl as I was craving to try one. I custom made what I wanted and had the pitaya (dragonfruit) base with mango, blueberries, granola, banana, coconut flakes and honey and omgggg did it deliver!!!! Sooo delicious! Not to mention the service frok the girls there was super sweet and friendly. There’s a cute bunch of chairs to sit at outside which is where I loved to after being inside because it’s air conditioned inside and I wanted to get some sun. Highly recommended!“

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Service was incredible i walked in while the store had a good amount of people, i saw 2 employees and thought id never get my order. As i order this kind young man helps me decide what bowl i want (he was very generous btw), you can fully optimize yours for your liking. After i finished paying, it was mostly just me there waiting for my food so the young boy says theyll have it out in a couple minutes so a check my phone and then boom order in my face (mind you they were making a lot of orders). I forsure thought it was premade and left out or something but when i tried it it was soooo good the nutella was still gooey and warm while the base was still frozen and refreshing and all the fruits were so fresh! I wish i took a picture cus the presentation was everything but i couldnt help but eat it :( . Nonetheless, Service was amazing, the young boy was really sweet and had a nice white smile, the tall young boy made my bowl with love, and overall my experience was one of the best in all of my fast food experiences. It’s a lovely, old school health food store that manages to fit a large number of options into a relatively small space. I wish the shop had a website as not everyone is on Facebook, but maybe that will come eventually.“

Good food, calm atmosphere, and exactly the kind of place you want inside a store like Saks: clean, polished, and easy.

It feels healthy without tasting like punishment, which is apparently rare now. Great stop if you’re shopping, working nearby, or just need a decent place to sit and eat without dealing with Midtown chaos.
