“Was very happy went there today around 9:30 AM and got the caramel ribbon crunch which is always made wrong and the girl there made it perfectly. I actually had to inspect the cup several times because I was just so in shock that it was actually made properly with a proper mix of Carmel, nuts, whip cream, and coffee and the food was cooked perfectly . Very very happy this morning.“

“Put in a mobile order and picked it up. Got home, realized we were missing a sandwich. Call the store back to ask for a refund. After putting me on hold three times, I was told I had to get a refund through the app. This is after looking through the app for a refund option. The app says I have to go through the local store. The manager won't let the person on the phone give the name of the manager on duty. According to the manager, I have to make another 25-minute round trip drive to get my $2.75 back for my cheeseburger.“
