We first tried the food at Wing Fest and it was impressive— had that immediate wow factor. While I’m not vegetarian, I love tofu and I’ve never had tofu as good as Bstard Restobar’s. It is outstanding.
While we enjoyed our takeout tonight, my husband said, “This is the kind of place you want around for years to come.” We each had kebabs— Korean BBQ pork, and Mediterranean tofu. Both excellent. The offerings are unlike other places! Highly recommend.
Probably the best meal I have ever had in glens falls!!! Hands down I give this place 100 STARS

Based on the reviews, Bastard Restobar is a small establishment in Glens Falls, NY that is big on flavor. The restaurant offers a great varied menu of unique scratch recipes, allowing diners to choose between interesting Asian fusion dishes and Western food. Specific meals mentioned include a mango and shrimp modern spin on Thailand’s Mee Krob dish, chicken Pad Thai with a thick peanut sauce, crispy eggplant, Chicken tandoori, short ribs with frenched onion, Kimchi Stew, lobster bisque, and an Asian crème brûlée dessert. The chartreuse based cocktail and hand made cocktails are favorites. The open kitchen is a real treat, and guests enjoy watching the chefs create each dish. The team works together like a well oiled machine. The quality is great, serving sizes are generous, and the atmosphere is warm, upbeat, and genuine. The waiting area is small, so reservations are strongly encouraged. It is not a place for kids and may be too cramped for a person in a wheelchair. Quality takes time, so do not come in a rush.
