“On a Tuesday Evening, this was the place to be in Lake George. Clean and upbeat place with an amazing staff. Even the owner was working with her staff. Great people! The chocolate soft serve was as good as the Mister Softee truck. It was creamy and extra chocolatey! And, they fill the cone to the bottom. ?????“
“Excellent food, fast service and friendly people. Definitely worth a trip.2024 update - The ice cream is still very good, but the food menu has been drastically reduced (gutted) to only include burgers and loaded fries. No more salads or chicken sandwiches etc. 4/5 stars now.“
“Besides their huge variety of delicious hard and soft ice cream flavors and other decadent desserts....I'd like to personally thank and recognize their staff for trying to track me down to return my wallet I left there last week! They tried to reach out via Facebook and other ways to contact me. I didn't realize it was missing until just few days ago and I called there hoping that's where I misplaced it and the gentleman who answered was very courteous and pleasant and wanted to make sure I was the rightful owner. He said to make sure to ask for Gretta when I stopped by. I felt like they were just as happy returning it back as I was receiving it! The tables and layout is also appealing and the fact that they're pup friendly makes their business all the more special! Thank you again, for making my day! “Super friendly and fast service. They don't make their own ice cream but rather they use Perry's ice cream. I had a regular sized Reese's peanut butter cup sundae with blue raspberry ice cream which was huge for the portion. The ice cream was so delicious. The kids didn't want to eat their vanilla ice cream monsters because the eyes were cute, but then the temptation won that battle. This place has a couple spots to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Overall it was a good time at Twin Scoops.“

“Very cute cafe for breakfast serving excellent coffee in Lake George. You place your order when you walk in and it is delivered to your table. They were very efficient even with the crowd coming in. We liked Vero so much we came here twice during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, we all ordered different items from the menu with no complaints. I had the corned beef hash with two eggs and it was excellent. All the pastries and bagels were made fresh daily. We even noticed they serve ice cream and sandwiches. If you are visiting Lake George this is a must stop!“
“Drive thru ice cream might be my favorite thing. It's perfect when I need to kill time while my toddler who only naps in the car, is napping. Their ice cream is so cream and appropriately sized. I cannot stand when shops make their portions insanely huge. Drives me bonkers. Rookies does it right and I love that!“
“Let's start this off with a big my oh my this place is awesome. I had to try the ET sundae as soon as I saw it on the menu. It comes with vanilla ice cream covered in hot fudge, peanut butter, and Reese's pieces topped with whip cream, sugar coated peanuts, and cherry on top... Need I say more. I will be coming back for a strawberry shortcake sundae. If your not from the summer days and can't bear to stand in the heat why not pull up to the drive thru. Yes they have one and yes there super fast with the lines. The workers are super sweet and they know how to serve that humongous amounts of ice cream to put a smile on your face.“
“A perfect treat on a hot day. I created my own with the flavors mango, tigers blood (cherry, strawberry), and pina colada! I added on the sweetened condensed milk and it adds things rich and creamy flavor to it. It's so good! Try it out!“

“The Kashmiri chai was great (salted not sugared)! That’s coming from a Kashmiri! Will always come by when coming to lake George. Although lake George is a far cry from the mountains and valleys of Kashmir it’s still nostalgic to have Kashmiri chai with the view. “Absolutely one of our favorites. We love adding this to our list of stops when we are visiting upstate. We have 3 soft serve spots that we continue to rank against one another and this one is #1 for us in terms of ease of getting in and out of - the flavors seem to be a little bit better too. We even visit on rainy days and eat it in the car without hesitation. I would guess it's crazy busy during baseball games but we've not experienced that yet.... My personal favorite is the cheesecake flavor! I also love that they have Dole Whip (very hard to find in some areas). If you've not tried Dole Whip, you should definitely give it a whirl. We are slightly relieved we don't live nearby or we'd probably eat this every single day!!!“
