“The bagels look good and there are lots of spreads, breakfast sandwiches, sides, chips and drink options. I was asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I said no, but it was toasted anyway so I can't really speak to the bagel texture. The walnut raisin spread was not so great. I enjoy sweet but all I tasted was an overload of brown sugar, so much so that I wiped most of it off the bagel. I gave this one star above what I would for my own bagel because the people I was with all really enjoyed their food, and some of the other bagels looked good to try. I would give this place another try if in the area again.“

“I witnessed some ladies get very upset after a 2 minute wait the other day. The employees are so patient and polite even when having to deal with these rude, impatient people. They claim they waited over 20 minutes but I walked in behind them. They were not ignored. They were greeted as I was. They were too busy chatting and laughing. Now I see their review and it hurts that they would slander like this. The poor staff deserves better they give their all even when short staffed and they deserve a raise.“

“Just had lunch at Copper Barn. Had the avocado soup....soooo good!! My husband and I both had a turkey BLT on a panini. Took half of mine home so I could have a piece of their sour cream coffee cake (the best!). With all that said, the icing on the cake was the server, Shanelle. She was informative, personable and sweet with a great sense of humor!!! Thank you Shanelle and Copper Barn for a great lunch!!😊😊“

“Great cappuccino and beautiful looking inside but I have to say "Stop allowing people to sit inside on thier laptops it's bad enough in Starbucks. And your losing money as they buy one drink and sit for two hrs taking up space because I walked in one day and no place to sit and everyone nearly on laptops.
At least only allow these people a set time period then out!!!“

I tasted a caremal flavour Bobba tea and loved it very much.
It's worth it and tastefully prepared with an awesome presentation by their staff over the counter.
Recommend the girl to smile over the counter for the best experience of guests.“

“Ordered for pick up & when I got there, 2 customers were waiting at the p/u area and 2 were waiting to order. So not crazy busy for a Sunday morning at 10:30. Customers ordering at the register were waited on promptly. The other couple and I were not even acknowledged. Other to go orders were packed up and while there were 3 people we could tell were working up front only 1 stayed up front to pack another order- while the 3 of us were still standing there waiting for our orders which were sitting on the back counter, ready. Not on the pick up counter. It took me speaking up to even be noticed. Surely enough that was my order that had been sitting there the whole time. And finally the other couple got theirs as well. Please acknowledged when someone is standing there, on either side. Kindly tell the other person you'll be with them shortly. Then everyone feels seen and their food doesn't get cold while hanging out unable to be picked up.

Also, unless you're across the street and able to see the awning, it's not really easy to see your shop. No signage on the front door if coming from New Middletown direction on the same side of the street.“

“Stumbled into this place as an out of towner and was blown away. The smells that great you at the door are amazing. The Apple Cider donuts are out of this world. Dipped in one of their fresh brewed cappuccino.... heaven!
Had to go back for a second trip to grab more donuts and cappuccino. Grabbed some New England Clam Chowder as well. Rich and flavorful. Can't go wrong with anything from here. Will definitely visit again if in the area.“

“I got the Strawberry salad from here today. It was really good. The staff was really friendly. They treat you like family. I from out of town (Michigan) and felt cozy and comfortable eating there. I hope to go back tomorrow and try the pizza.“

“Good coffee. Wish they had food! No food until 11:00 for my friends and no gluten free food at all. My friends and I met up here in the morning after reading reviews of coffee and crepe cake. Not only did they not have have the crepe cake, they didn’t have any food.

Parking: Had to park in municipal parking a block away. Not a big deal.
