“A fantastic place to eat given the limited options in the area. An old school diner atmosphere with a friendly staff and a huge menu.The roast beef platter was great, and the “best burger in the Catskills” lived up to the name. They had a full menu of just ice cream too; my friend loved his milkshake and my soft serve was some of the best I’ve ever had.Must stop if you’re traveling by.“

“I have eaten in this restaurant numerous times for lunch and dinner, and have never been disappointed. It is family run and a delight to visit. The food and service is excellent. “I want to start by saying this place is wonderful. It’s a beautiful country themed restaurant that also does catering and hosts events and we had my little sister's baby shower there this weekend and they did not disappoint! The staff are unbelievably friendly and accommodating. There was a guest there at the shower with a child who had dietary restrictions and the restaurant accommodated that need by making separate food for the child to eat. The food for this event was delicious and the catering menu has so many things to choose from. I've gone there a few times and I haven't had a bad meal yet and this catered event was no different. I also want to say that the place was so nice and clean including the bathroom. I feel that needs to be said because it seems rare to go to a public place and find not only a spotless dinning area but also a spotless bathroom. I love the country western hometown feel the place has and the staff make you feel right at home. Please consider them for your next event or for a nice meal. Thank you to all the staff that made that day special for my sister and all the guests!“

“Amazing food, and amazing service! The staff there were friendly and very welcoming. The cinnamon raisin French toast, with cream cheese dressing was excellent! There was also the breakfast stew which I did not take a photo of, I dogged that down my b. Pair it with the hashed yams and it’s ?.“

“Wow! We were pleasantly surprised with the food. It was fresh and truly homemade. Definitely recommend the burger... probably the best I've ever had. The crispy chicken caesar wrap was also delicious... really good chicken. It was very busy for lunch but plenty of friendly staff that worked well together and kept everything moving. “It was January of 2018… four friends showed up to what is still considered the greatest diner we have ever been to. Nothing will ever top the authentic delicious breakfast we were served. “The perfect hole in the wall place if you’re in the area. Dive bar atmosphere with plenty of options to eat and drink.The prime rib dinner on the weekends is out of this world. Probably the best I’ve ever had; cooked perfectly with seasoning that blew me away. The mashed potatoes and asparagus sides both were phenomenal.Friendly waitresses too. Great place to hang out.“

“Run by two brothers, we lived the place. We were visiting the Hobart Book Village (also highly recommended) and was directed to this restaurant by one of the artists in Hobart. We had a great time here. one of the brothers was very friendly and gave us the whole history of the place and how it is to live around there (which I am always curious to know,). He also made me a lovely Long Island Ice Tea. Recommended, if you are in the area.“

“The food was incredible. We got the chicken skillet for two. It was an entire chicken which we were not expecting. Seasoned so beautifully and paired with roasted potatoes, onions and garlic. So good. Romantic atmosphere. Just a little too dark for me but my eyes aren’t the best. Loved this dinner and so happy we came!“
