“This is a local favorite very cozy converted house with a menu that would suit just about anyone. The staff was extremely friendly and the price was right. We had fish and chips (Haddock) , Smothered chicken, fish sandwich, Meatloaf and a taco salad. The food was good. Parking is limited but we managed.“

“A real hidden gem we found tonight. Wonderful people, wonderful ambience and wonderful food. We arrived later and sat at the bar. After looking over the menu we spoke to the bar staff and one of the partners Dan. After asking if the chef could be a little flexible and make a spicy tomato vegetable pasta. The chef did not disappoint. What he brought out for us was Stella! We also had the spinach focaccia which was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we are in Niagara. “Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

Absolutely the best food in Buffalo and our favorite hands down Italian restaurant with the best meatballs I ever had besides my grandma's, that I haven't had since she passed, so these are now the best I can get. The menu is great with something for everyone and whatever you're in the mood for from flatbread pizza to homemade pasta with the most amazing sauces, delicious salads, fantastic steak and the freshest Italian desserts. if you can save room. We have to get them to go home. It's so hard to decide that we get several things and go family style sharing and going around the menu. bravo Nani in the meatballs! they are a must! great friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. sometimes the acoustic music in the bar. what a gem we love walking distance to the theater district, we try to go before shows and park and enjoy the evening starting with the best meal and drinks before a show downtown. “New York Restaurant was one of the highlights of our one week vacation in Niagara Falls! We were looking for delicious Asian food at a reasonable price in the middle of the busy tourist district, and this place exceeded our expectations. It became our go to restaurant throughout our stay.

The food was consistently fresh and flavorful. The chicken dishes were tender and delicious, the noodles were perfectly cooked, the fried rice was packed with flavor, and the soup was simply the best we’ve had. Every meal was satisfying, and the generous portions made it an excellent value.

The location is perfect; just a short walk from Clifton Hill and the major attractions, making it an ideal place to stop for lunch or dinner after exploring Niagara Falls. There are plenty of tables, so it’s comfortable even for families and larger groups.

What impressed us just as much as the food was the outstanding customer service. The ladies at the front were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, handling every customer with professionalism and a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home every time we visited.
