“I love Scarlottas! We go often and it’s been great everytime. I must say almost everytime I order unless it’s one specific person there is always hair on our stuff. Luckily I haven’t seen it in the food yet but it had been on the bags, on the cups of soda, etc. I LOVE their ice cream! And for food I recommend the scarlottas snack wrap or a cheeseburger!“

Dietary restrictions: I ordered a iced coffee..I must watch my sugar so I ordered the sugar-free French vanilla.. when handing it to me they indicated which iced coffee was mine... That's important to me because some places of the same franchise just want to hand you your stuff and get you out of their sight, but not these employees...“

“We were there after the tractor parade and it was busy! The young man was by himself . He never lost the smile on his face..was very professional and very kind to everyone. Manager came shortly after and after realizing that he was alone ( there were multiple call outs) jumped in and helped him out. Both of them were very fast and eager to provide great customer care despite the situation. I am a former Subway manager and field rep and I was impressed by the level of service I received. Kudo's!“
