“Burger and fries restaurant with decent options and flavors.

I recommend just getting the Farmhouse burger ? with the regular fries ?. The burger comes with two thick patties that are juicy and flavorful, cooked to medium. The bread is a soft sesame brioche which pairs well with the meat. The bacon ? is thin and crispy. The melted cheese ? is in the background it doesn't come through much. The fried onion bits really enhance the flavor a lot. This is a very big burger so it's worth the ~$18 for the meal. (The prices on delivery apps are much higher)

I don't recommend getting the upgraded fries because the upgrades are not worth it. For example, the jalapeno cheese option has like 6 slices of jalapeno and 1 slice of cheese added to your fries. It does almost nothing to improve the flavor. The truffle fries are also not an improvement over the regular fries. You are better off putting your own toppings on at home.

The lemon cod ? sandwich is ok. It has a decent sized cut of fried fish, soft brioche and some toppings but nothing special and not a lot of flavor for the price. Rating 7/10.

The lemon pepper wings are not lemon pepper they are salt and black pepper. They are ok but I didn't taste any lemon pepper flavor. Lemon pepper is a very specific flavor made famous in the south and this is not it.

“10/10 place. I won't lie I usually only do reviews if there is a incentive or if I dislike the place. This however, is a great establishment the burgers taste fantastic they're not overly expensive considering other food options around the area as well as similar smash burger spots.

It's become my favorite go to burger place... the portions are great, the menu is great, good staff, good prices.

If you are familiar with 7th street burger or other viral similar smash burger spots this is a better version of them all. They definitely could use some marketing to get a bit more bussines but man this is probably now my favorite take out place in all of bayside.“

“Overall a nearly excellent burger in the Shake Shack style can be had here! There's about 20 different styles of burgers with creative combinations. We had the O'dada and double whammy burgers. Both were overall very good with fresh, high quality ingredients and an excellent brioche style roll. The main problem we had was the burgers were a bit too greasy and excessively juicy which kept us from giving a 5 star rating.. It was difficult eating these burgers without making a mess and the fatty juices were flowing out like a fountain. Despite this these are still probably the best burgers in Queens due to high quality ingredients and being very tasty. The service was quick and friendly! Recommended if you're in the area and you're craving a Shake Shack style burger.“

“I ordered Birria Ramen for the first time and boy was I in for a treat. I was hesitant at first to try it. That being said, I thought just give it a try and you just might like it. Well, like is a mild word. I LOVED it! So tasty with just the right amount of seasonings. The ramen was al dente, not mushy. I hate mushy noodles. The sauce and the birria was sooo delicioso. It came in a large container that could easily have fed two people or if for one person, there was enough leftover to have a meal the next day, which happened to be exactly what I have done. “I came here on a wednesday night with my wife after a day of travelling and our waitress Nia was very helpful. My wife had some questions about the menu and Nia was very knowledgeable. We don't eat out often and Nia helped us understand the promotions on the menu. The drinks were strong and did not taste watered down. Overall I am very happy with this experience. “I’ve tried both the smash burger and chicken sandwich from Bareburger, and they are absolutely delicious. The fries are great too! What I love most is knowing that their food is real, organic, and healthier compared to the fast food options around here.

Plus, their prices are amazing, especially since so many other places have raised their prices—some are even more expensive than Bareburger, and they aren’t even organic. I don’t trust the other places, and they charge way too much, so Bareburger is my go-to spot.

On top of the great food, the atmosphere is fantastic. The restaurant layout and theme are so unique and inviting—it really adds to the experience. Everything about Bareburger is perfectly amazing, from the service to the food to the prices, all of it is top-tier. I just wish more people knew about this place!

“First time trying K-Munchies. Came in with my 3yo son and instantly greeted by the husband of the adorable husband-wife duo. Ordered the single smash burger and twist donut with Umma's coffee. He was such a humble and kind soul and even offered for me to wait in the car to which he would bring out the food for us but we opted to wait inside for the food and had a great conversation and a few laughs. Food came out quick and was delicious. Whatever that smashburger sauce is was so good. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed the twist donuts. If you're in the neighborhood and need some comfort food to warm up the soul or be a glutton with a good ol' smashburger, this is the place to be. I was a little skeptical at first because I didn't know what the items on the Balkan side of the menu would be like. I took the risk and ordered the Balkan burger because I'm not too into traditional burgers.

The Balkan burger was SO good. The meat was perfectly seasoned and moist. The other toppings were fresh and evenly distributed. The sauce complemented everything so well. But my favorite part was the bread! It's Suman bread instead of traditional burger buns and omg it was so tasty. Very light and it had a light crispiness to it. It's also a good size so I was satisfied and full but did not feel greasy and gross as I usually do after eating burgers. The whole experience was 10/10. After visiting this location for a few more times, I can give a more accurate review. Initial review was during the first week this place opened up.

The burger is not bad, has all the classics ingredients for a regular burger but for me too little meat. For a better meaty burger I recommend getting two patties. The single patty burgers leaves me feeling unsatisfied.

The fries from the last few times I orders has been bad. They are shoestring cut fries and it seems like they fry a bunch ahead of time and keep them to the side until needed. Some of them are hard as a pretzel and others limp.

Unfortunately the wings seem like they suffer the same fate, but with less flavor. It’s not common to get un-breaded halal wings in the Bronx (most of them are the tiny breaded ones from your local halal deli), but they are missing some marinade or something to bring it alive, besides drenching it with sauce.

The crispy chicken sandwich was very oily, and definitely double fried. Which means it was half fried before and left to the side until a customer orders one and they re-fry them. This makes the chicken rubbery and the breading dark brown and oily. I rather wait a few more minutes for a made to order chicken sandwich.

Being raised in the neighborhood, I was excited to have this place open up and wanted to make it regular place I go, to get my fix, but they have to work on some quality control before they have me be a regular. I really hope they listen to the customers concerns and revamp their process in the kitchen. I really want to see local halal businesses like this one succeed but the food has to be up to par.

The workers there are very friendly and the atmosphere is your nicely decorated burger joint.

“I can safely say I've never been to a bad Shake Shack since I first began going to the franchise 8 years ago. It's one of the more pricier burger joints but it's definitely worth it's money in service, quality and overall vibe. I can always come around to any location and expect high shelf service and it's no exception over to where I went. Best Smashburgers in the game, nice tender chicken with the right amount of crisp, fries that could possibly beat out McDonald's in the taste test and nobody is touching the shakes because they own that department. It's just comforting that no matter which location you go to, the service is gonna be as consistent and precise, as well as the food being incredible.“
