“Customer service was great, it's a small shop but very friendly. They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelves, it was very limited but as far as coffee is concerned that would be made to order and they did have bottled drinks available. But they didn't have a lot on the shelves by way of donuts or other pastries.“

VERY affordable burger (smash burger and chicken sandwich were $5) and the quality is top notch - great quality beef and well-seasoned chicken. “I found out about this place when going for Banh mi in the same food court. I tried their UBE tres leches ans holy holy was it delicious. How has this place not gone viral yet?? Suckered away in the back of the food court but all is delicious. The owner which was this very nice lady was so sweet and friendly. Absolutely loved all the different desserts they had to offer.“

“I got their strawberry and mango croffle delivered and it was delicious! They weren't too sweet and the cream was really light, which paired well with the croffle itself. I loved the strawberry one as there was strawberry jam and the strawberries themselves were really sweet. The mango one was alright as the mangos were a bit bitter. Overall, a cute dessert spot and I would love to try their other menu items!“

“The best bakery in Queens-delightful danishes, wonderful hamantashen, cakes, cookies, breads and pies of all kinds…lovely sweet ladies behind the counter. One small objection: covid crisis ended 2+ years ago-PLEASE stop wrapping the hamantashen and cheese danish in plastic!!! Causes the lovely pastry/crust to lose crispness and freshness which is so essential to its quality!!! NO MORE PLASTIC WRAPS!!!! PLEASE!!!!“

“Tim Horton sausage egg n cheese on a croissant just took #1st place with its big block of cheese slice. Fried eggs that taste like made in DR. And the croissant is the best croissant I ever had. Sausage is just as delicious or more than other places. Sheesh. That brings down McDonald’s to 2nd place. Dunkin’ Donuts to 3rd place plus everyone else. And I think Tim sells the sandwich cheaper than everyone else but not 100% on this“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“Small shop is inside gas station. It is very busy because it also located between Grant Ave Subway pass. station and Sutter Ave building complex. Pastries is fresh and when more than one batista to serve the line move faster. Good location for snack and breakfast.“

After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount. I come here for breakfast food, coffee, tea, and the occasional donut. I would recommend this location. I feel like the employees care about the customers.“

“Yesterday I was rushing like normal, but I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get an iced coffee and I accidentally left my wallet with all my money in it. I showed up the next day and before I could even ask for if they remembered exactly who I was and returned my wallet to me with everything in it. The employees are extremely honest and polite here. “We ordered through the app along the way a few times and this Dunkin had fresh munchkins every time we go. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our order was late one time and they were very apologetic and compensated us for the wait. We only waited 5 mins, which other places would consider “normal waiting times”. Would always prefer to pick up from this place even if it’s a little further. Kudos to the staff!!“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“
