When you hear "hidden gem", this place is it! Marine Fisheries has to be one of the longest operating retail stores in Great Neck, and for good reason! The owner (Charlie) is extremely particular and fussy when it comes to picking the highest quality fish. His commitment to going to the market daily and hand picking each fish is unmatched. Make the time to find this local gem and get to know your next favorite fish retailer!
This seafood market has the best of the best cooked shrimp. Better than any, even Peter Luger’s. Actually their’s were bigger. The halibut salad was amazing. A must try. All products were of the highest quality and a great selection. Great Manila clams.

I'd rather pay, eat less, than wonder about the quality of seafood. I liked that the items were well labelled and that I did not notice a fishy smell when I entered the store. I don't eat “farm raised”. The staff was friendly. Highly recommend.
