Thank you for catering my first holiday meal in GN. Everything was delicious. Turkey was juicy and succulent and went great with the couscous and sausage stuffing with plums. I used the liquid you gave to make it even more moist and have already made blintzes and salad and turkey fried rice with the rest.
Roman at Middle Neck Glatt was great placing our order for a Shiva at the last minute. So grateful. Highly recommend.
Malka and her team are extremely accommodating with dietary needs especially if your gluten free and eat with clean oils like myself and my family does. Her food ontop of that is incredibly tasteful and packed with tons of flavor. She’s always quick to respond via phone call / text and is just so lovely to work with! We are very lucky to have them in Graat Neck!!
