“I’m a regular customer….multiple visits/week and generally have little complaint about service, speed or quality of food. Over the last month however whenever I order a Cappuccino I’m told the steamer is down. This has been at least six times in three weeks. If the machine is that unreliable I would think it’s time for a replacement or a back up. Poor management of the situation that has resulted in many visits to other nearby Dunkin’s who seem to always have a working steamer.“

“The hotel itself is an older earlier HI Express and it shows. It’s due for an upgrade but stayed in much worse. The staff is very friendly. Pool was closed. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again but it will need overhaul in the next couple years.“

E. Ridge, for the first time tonight. I shouldn't have waited so long! $11.99 for all you can eat or $6.99lb. You can pick your meat, shrimp, vegetables and sauce - all fresh - and they cook it on the hibachi for you. They have a small buffet with prepared foods, too. The nice thing is they keep everything covered, which helps keep it hot and is more sanitary. Food tasted great, was fresh and the staff were really nice. If you haven't checked it out, yet, I highly recommend you do. Let's keep them in business!“

Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“

“This is our favorite spot to take our break when we are out in the ministry. If you happen to come at that time and see 8 or more of us, men in suits and ladies in dresses or skirts and blouses, you should recognize that we are Jehovah's Witnesses.It is the generosity of our brother who treats us to our hearts' desires. I get the large coffee with a blueberry muffin. Some get the breakfast items or special lattes. Next time, I am going to try something with "pumpkin" flavor!!We always enjoy the friendly staff as they smile & hurry to serve us. “This is the cutest shop with the most delicious mochi donuts! We had the tiramisu, mango, and s'more donuts. They were so tasty. We had a nice time in the chill atmosphere. Our server was sweet and helpful (did not get a name, brown curly hair). Thanks!“

“I went on April 21, 2024, at around 10:50 am, through the drive thru. I wish I knew the staff names, they were wonderful, going above and beyond on our order. We took a little long to order but the staff were so sweet and patient despite it being quite busy. Unlike other locations I have been to, they had the order correct and well done. “I came in June 4 at 7 27am I never really get a sandwich because I'm very funny the team is very awesome amazing place and fast but I looked at the counter it was very dirty all I ask is can you put paper down while you make my sandwich she got upset an a little attitude u not eating it i am and I peep her and the manager whisper good working or not when someone says that u have to take it serious and for the manager she was supposed to say she paying for what she wants even if not she was supposed to make sure that counter is always clean and not talk about the customer with the worker but it's OK I now how to make calls to see what I can do never apologize just whisper and smile I didn't like that and I come in one's or twice a week to the girl that gave me a cup of ice water thumbs up to u and the other guy and lady you guys are awesome manager not cool.“

“Stopped in to grab a drink and a muffin. Store was clean when I walked in and an associate was mopping the floor, counters and tables all looked clean. Associate at the counter was very friendly, and my order was accurate. My drink, a mango pineapple green tea refresher, is very good, and my muffin tasted like it was baked this morning. I wish the other Dunkins in Henrietta were this good.“
