“I wanted to Thank Everyone at the Sunrise Diner for all the years they made my Parents feel like family whenever they went there. My Father has since passed but my Sister took my Mother there today and they gave my Mom hugs, told her they loved her and how cute she was. I was in tears when I heard this from my Sister. I am so Happy that my Mom has this place to go to to get out and feel so loved by so many. Over the years the Sunrise Diner has been a very Happy Place to go to. The service is the best we've ever had. They've treated my Family like Family. I cannot thank the People at the Sunrise Diner enough! They mean so much to my Family. And you can't beat their food!!! I've never had a bad meal their. Love all of you. Hope to get back to Wantagh soon and see you all! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH♥️“

“I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience or bad food. Their food is incredible! They also have amazing GF options which is nice! They have GF bread and wraps that are so big and tasty! Highly recommend!“

“Went here looking for burger and fries, many places to choose from, went here, amazing pick, burger was DELICIOUS, one of the best I’ve had in a while actually, fries were good too. Price was reasonable, would definitely reccomend, if you just want burger and fries“

“Came here for Mother’s Day and the food was delicious. The service was way too slow though. They were packed but really understaffed. A nice server came and introduced herself and I sat with coffee for a good 45 mins until someone brought our food over. Several other tables were waiting for the same time as well, maybe more. The server however was very nice. Everything is cooked fresh here and I enjoyed tasting everything because I was full by the time I took the first few bites. I recommend hiring more staff especially on busy holidays.“

“One of the best diners i know in queens/ nassau county. From the minute you walk in door there is a host. When you sit down cold ice water is served right away. Wait staff is prompt with taking your order and serving you. They check in on you during your meal. The food is fresh, hot and plenty! Worth the amount you pay. The tables are always clean and not sticky. The best part is no one has any attitude everyone who works here is happy and cheerful... Love this place“

“Needs to be updated, need to use real cheese. Especially being the most expensive hole in the wall diner. I don't mind spending $25 for a breakfast plate. Just give me real cheese and thank you for still offering rye bread. Owner remembers everyone by face . Good people“

“My buddy and I went to dinner at the Grand Stage Diner on 4/10/24 prior to the Islanders game. The diner was clean, the hostess was very nice and friendly and the wait staff was excellent. We each ordered burgers w/ fries. I have to say it was one of the best cheeseburgers I ever had at a diner. Food was hot, perfectly cooked. Superb! I would definitely go back. Thank for for a great dining experience.“

“We've been passing this place for over 20 years on our trip to New York and never had a chance to stop by... WE MISSED A LOT! We specifically decided on dining at the Omega Diner tonight and the good thing we did! We met there at 7 pm for a family dinner with our son who moved to New York. Kind of a half way between or PA home and his place in NY. The place wasn't very busy. We were sitted right away. The waiter was with us in less than a minute, and in another few minutes we were served our water, seltzer and hot tea. The waiter took our order, advising on what is good and what he would recommend. Great guy! Very friendly, very patient, very customer oriented. My wife got her cream of turkey soup in another few minutes. At that point I added the matzoh ball soup for myself. It was served right away. It looked so good that my son took it from me! I ordered another portion of it and asked to get me an additional bowl to split it. Well, in a few minutes it was served with extra bowl full of additiina steaming broth. This soup tasted very-very good. And the size of that matzoh ball!!! It was of the size of a baseball ⚾️ !!! Yes, and my wife's cream of turkey soup - delicious!!! We did not even want to eat anything else after that but... we already ordered our main meals... Well, everything was served fast and tasted great. My Omega club sandwich (recommended by the waiter) - delicious, Omega appetizers - perfect, deluxe cheeseburger - very nice, baked mix seafood for my wife - tasty and nicely presented, looking very appealing. Obviously, at least half of all this went home with us... We needed room for the sweets. Cappuccino, chocolate chip cookie, chocolate cheesecake - all was great, presentable and delicious! And all this for under $90 (plus tip of course) for the party of four! In today's world this is a pretty good deal! Especially, with such a great service, clean and nicely designed and maintained place and nice portions sizes! We will definitely come back to this place again. They have so many interesting and appealing items on their menu that we want to try...“

“was there this afternoon. Had a very enjoyable meal. wife had a brisket plate and me chopped steak. Have enough left over for another meal. “You can feel like in a real American movie there! Personally, I recommend pancakes with chocolate chip and warm strawberry sauce, I'm shocked that I ate the entire portion because it was huge.
P.S. By the way, I recommend walking around Glen Cove a bit because it has its own charm!!“

“Our neighborhood go-to even if we are a few neighborhoods away. Staff are amazing, food is terrific and prices are very reasonable. Burgers never disappoint and I think their Chicken Parm is the best in the area (including recipes from Italian restaurants)“

As an avid lover of corned beef hash, this has the hands down best, I can’t even.
Home fries has tricolor peppers (which is nay for me but yay for bell pepper lovers). Wheat toast was freakin 5 grain or 7 grain fancy toast.
This place really goes above n beyond.

“Within the past year, I have been patronizing Pollo La Brass often…. They workers are polite, the food is always fresh, and well made, I get salmon with mixed vegetables and yams, the yams taste perfect, slightly sweet..,. I get the lettuce tomatoe cucumbers and onion salad, and it is alwaysxfesh and crisp….. I started buying a roasted half chicken, because my only complaint is that the salmon pieces were sometimes small…..Otherwise this place is a good choice to-get a good meal!!“
