Your "The Trough" was ON POINT✨️Had THE BEST/QUALITY cheddar added to my custom "Chili Omelet". Wish other restaurants would follow suit using THE BEST ingredients. Don't mind supporting(paying inflated$$) places that serve QUALITY food & keeping these GREAT restaurants open😋

The Mineola Diner is a beloved breakfast and brunch spot known for its delicious and consistent diner fare. The menu features unique offerings like the renowned corned beef hash and Philly cheesesteak, all served with freshly baked bread. The bread is fresh and fluffy and the Owner and staff are rockstars. Customers have enjoyed dishes such as the Spanish omelette and the best egg sandwich, with the eggs cooked to perfection and the bacon savory and crispy. The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is kind. While some wish for more cheese in the omelettes and note the fries are some of the worst, the overall experience remains positive, with many eager to return. Parking is limited to three cars, but street parking is available.
