BEST local bar that i know, everyone says hello to each other, even if they dont like the person, lol. This place is literally like Cheers! Hidden gem, im my eyes, and now they serve food!!!!
Tiny, hidden bar off of Jericho Turnpike. Predominated by the young local Portuguese that have made Mineola home. Plenty of selections on tap and in bottles. Bar staff are friendly and social. The joint is very dark and dimly lit at night. Bathrooms are kept tidy (a plus). Not great if you're rolling in with a large crowd as it has limited seating. We live very close to this bar and have been wanting to stop by and finally made it today during the mineola Street fair. Cute little bar that's convenient to have up the street. It has an electronic dart board that I think costs $1. They also have a small foosball table. They advertise that they have many beers but it seems to be your pretty standard selection.
