Went to Junior's yesterday for the NBA game and some MLB games. Service was great, bar was very busy but one of the bartenders Vanessa came right over and got me set up with a drink and a menu. after giving me some time to think she promptly came over and took more order and food came out very quick. food was delicious as always. both bartenders were awesome. Came here today for lunch and it was jammed pack due to the football games. Needless to say the staff were on point! Got my drink within 5 minutes of sitting down, waitress was attentive among the craziness of sports fans and food was delivered within 15 minutes!!! This is what I call amazing customer service and the food was phenomenal!!!
Many of the other patrons seemed to be in a rush tonight, and a few were unnecessarily cranky. Unfortunately, some of that frustration was directed at the waitstaff.
Our waitress, Jackie, handled it all with professionalism, grace, and a smile. She never let the poor behavior of others affect the quality of her service or her attitude. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had an excellent dining experience despite the circumstances.

The food and service are always exceptional, making it a perfect spot for the family.
