“My friends and I went to the galley on a Tuesday night for trivia. It was a great time! It was welcoming, staff were very nice, and best of all the food was fantastic. We got the tacos, wings and fries. All was absolutely fantastic. We will be returning!!!“

“I used Google and found this restaurant. I liked the reviews, so I placed a Curbside Pickup Order. The Lady who took my order was super friendly and very thorough.I ordered Three the Hard Way with rice and peas and cabbage. I added a side of Mac & cheese and plantains.OMG! It was SO MUCH FOOD...AND it was still hot when I got home!Well, the Jerk chicken was very palatable (most jerk is TOO spicy for me). Stew chicken and curry chicken were very good, as well! Cabbage, rice and peas and plantains were good. Mac & cheese was okay. (I'm a hard judge of Mac & cheese. It needed a little more flavor.)Overall, I will certainly order again!! I'm looking forward to trying more dishes!!Price was great considering how much GOOD food you receive!!I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“Went to Ripe Tomato tonight for dinner and was not disappointed. Starting with their bread which I couldn't stop eating. I had the special Pasta Milano and it was so good I wish I hadn't eaten all that bread. The others in our party ordered veal parm and seafood FraDiablo which were OK but nothing special. Our waitress was great and the atmosphere is a little loud but not deafening. If you haven't been give it a try and enjoy. Suggest you make reservations of you go on weekend.“

“I've ordered from Tamarind Thai numerous times and love how they are consistent! I've eaten red curry and pad Thai - both excellent options. I've eaten pad Thai from other establishments and Tamarind Thai, hands down, has the best Pad Thai. It's very straightforward and delicious - rice noodles, bean sprouts, and peanuts - which is just how I love it!“

“I am VERY picky when it comes to Chinese. I tried this place for the first time and it was amazing! I got an egg roll and steamed dumplings. The egg roll was the best one I’ve ever had and the sauce for the dumplings was thicker than any I’ve had and also the best I’ve had. Will definitely return!“

“I grew up in the Lansingburgh area so I've known about Verdiles for many years. For those that do not know Verdiles, it is a family run restaurant and back when they first started it was their mother who made the pasta sauce and meatballs. Her recipes are still used today. I love going there, the staff is very warm and welcoming. Everyone is treated like family. The atmosphere reminds me of a 1960's Italian restaurant. They have made many updates and changes to the restaurant but it still has that vibe. I love looking at all the pictures of the Verdiles family that are around the restaurant. I recommend their homemade pasta with your meal. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. You can't go wrong.“

“I've eaten there twice now and wanted to share how good it was. I just tried their fried shrimp and the batter was so tasty. I love the Philly. It's just the right size to eat in one sitting and goes down really easily. I would recommend this place to anyone. I feel like eating there every day.“

“Last Saturday night was so much fun! We came in for a comedy show, and decided to come a little early for apps and drinks. Our waitress was super nice and talked us into sharing a sandwich with our apps. The French onion soup was delish just like everyone told us it was. The portions are huge! “Wow, I'm Italian and felt like my grandmom was in the back cooking. Everything had was amazing! Lidia, the co-owner, waited on us. She took the time to talk with us and made us feel truly special. Only problem was that I ate too much because everything was so good. We started with the special olive oil dip and bread. “I ordered online and I have a severe dairy allergy. The staff was courteous and called me before making the food to make sure things were made right. Just the peace of mind to know my food would be ok was worth the price of admission. Such nice people and I can’t say enough about that!“

“Made a reservation for a Birthday dinner using OpenTable. When we arrived, we waited for the hostess for a few minutes, seemed we were getting there as they were opening for the evening. Our reservation was on a Monday at 6pm. Seated by the window/garage door which had a great view. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and yet not overwhelming with the theme. Our waiter came by immediately asking if we wanted water. And explained the drink specials. There is a special that 1/2 the proceeds goes to the Humane Society. We ordered Ricotta bread for an appetizer. It came out hot and delicious. Amanda ordered the Tuna and I ordered the chicken. Both were very good. We walked the deck as it was a beautiful evening. Our waiter wished Amanda a Happy Birthday. It is a little on the high end so expect to pay a few more dollars for dinner and drinks. We would come back just as more of a special day.“
