“So much to say! Hank Hudson had secretly become a destination for me. The golf course has always been great and the restaurant as well, but Hanks is now at a different level. The outdoor patio is covered, so you can enjoy some food while enjoying the views. The new pavilion is spacious, clean and inviting. The food is simply fantastic. It may be the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had not to mention the waffle fries. I’m a bit of a pizza snob, but I was thoroughly impressed with the crust and the pie overall. The ambience is fantastic and the servers are super friendly. With all that said, that’s not even the best part, the beer is fantastic. Always a nice selection not to mention the local aspect. I will be back!”

“On Friday, while myself and the group I was with were driving home to Buffalo from Boston, we stopped at dinosaur BBQ for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was great. I got home and realized I left my purse in Troy, NY which is approximately a 4 and a half hour drive one way. I called the restaurant to ask if I left it, which I did. The lovely worker said she would talk to her boss the next day and took my number down. The next morning, Thomas called me and asked where to mail my purse too. I received it today with EVERYTHING still in it. There are good people in this world and thank you to the workers and management at the Troy Dinosaur BBQ. ❤️”

“Despite it being a Friday night and crowded, the service was fast. Especially Maher, who served, was attentive and friendly. The place was clean, the atmosphere was stylish, the food was fresh and delicious. We tasted a lot of food as a group. Everyone was very pleased with their food. My favorites were the meat pide and crispy mixed fruit waffle. I strongly recommend it.
