“Other One Brewing is a small yet intimate brewery in a complex located along US 9 in Halfmoon. The bar area is disproportionately large for the space, which gives you lots of opportunities to sit at the bar - a nice thing since the owners are quite chatty. It does feel slightly cramped when it's full, but full is also a sign of a good and popular place. I really enjoyed the names of the beers. I of course gravitated to the Husband Day Care triple stout with marshmallow. I was concerned it might be too sweet, but they let me sample it, and I thought it was just right. Parking might be tough on weekends because the lot is shared by some popular restaurants.”

“Beautiful brewery, fun beer selection and - holy crow - some of the best cheese curds we’ve discovered on our many adventures.The staff was super friendly and loved sharing some history of the place (as well as some fun stories about trips to Montreal back in the day). My teacher boyfriend was so excited to check out the brewery since it was started by former teachers. Very special for him.We had a great time and would highly recommend!”

“This is a satellite store inside a gas station and absolutely Nails it. Always fresh always hot and good attitude from the staff. Got sick and tired of subpar food and service from the Mechanicville location so vowed to not spend my money at that location anymore, it's about four and a half more miles out but well worth the extra time and money.Parking: It's a gas station so you can expect a little chaos in parking, but overall there's usually plenty of room and the spaces are wide enough for a full size truck.”

“My wife recently had to go gluten free, and we have been trying to find a good place to easily get breakfast for a date. We happened to find Birch Baked with a Google search and checked it out. We were not disappointed! We each got a breakfast sandwich and a sweet treat (she got a cookie and I got a cider donut). The food was awesome!! If I didn't know everything was gluten free, I would have had no idea. We are definitely coming back to try out other things like their pizza, hot and cold sandwiches, and the owner told us they are starting a dinner night Thursdays and Fridays with lots of great options. Top notch place filling a big need in the area.”

“The large mezze with all of the little scoops of magical flavor is so delicious that it's hard to pick a favorite. When they show up at your table with the bread bigger than your plate it's hard not to squeal with delight. We live in PA but stop here whenever we get the chance. We also had the beef and lamb kebab, which was a perfect compliment. We ate it before we could take any photos.”

“I liked their barbecue pulled pork sandwich, but there was hardly no sauce on it. The bbq beans also had no bbq sauce in it. The coleslaw was better than the ultra sweet stuff they serve everywhere else. The potato salad was ok. I mean is it really barbecue if it's not sauced well?”

“At at Nonna Maria’s last week. All our food was delicious and plenty of it, My husbands veal was tuff, not their fault, they took it back and he got chic Parm. He wasn’t crazy about the sauce, neither was our friends. We all like a thin sauce. Took our food home and he ate mine which he loved and I ate his which was very tender. We just like a thinner sauce. The waitress Linda was very attentive to us. The cook came out too, he made my husband the chicken parm then. All in all place was nice. Waitress was great and I will go again with my husband, he will just get something like I had. It really was delishous. I left a lil crazy tip for our waitress Because my husband kept complaining. “I was CRAVING chicken Kashmiri bad tonight but my husband is not a big fan of the spice in traditional Indian food. As a compromise, we settled on Galleria 7 in Latham, a multi-ethnic food market with excellent vendors, including @Shalimar express.I called around 5 to ask if Shalimar express makes chicken Kashmiri. The nice man answered, told me no and respectfully hung up the call. Within five minutes, the owner, Leo, called me back to tell me that although they do not have chicken Kashmiri as a menu item, they were able to make a modified version and call is chili chicken. We arrived around 615 and Leo greeted us with a smile and a “it was you!!!” He proceeded to explain how he would custom make a dish for me and would make it suitable for my dietary needs. He really didn’t not have to but this man went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.We received the food within 15 minutes and it was DELICIOUS. The chicken was soft and tender, the garlic naan was flavorful and the veggies were absolute perfection. My husband had the Curry chicken and loved every bite. Leo even came and spoke to us about his history, his family and his love for serving his friends.We never post on this page but Leo made this experience such a memorable one. He went far beyond great customer service and truly the food was Amazing. If you are ever in all Latham, give them a try.”

The bagel was of the highest quality and as someone who typically has new york city bagels I was thoroughly impressed with just how good their bagels are made! You can see them make the bread which is such an interesting process. If you're in the area definitely stop by and try something!”

“Wow!! This place was everything I could've hoped for and more!! Absolutely incredible food, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. (The second floor has great views of the river.) Venezuelan arepas and cachacas are a true delicacy, and not always easy to find, so to have a spot here in the 518 that's just killing it is a really wonderful thing. I went with my girlfriend and we tried several things: the yuca fries, pork empanadas, sweet and crispy cachacha and pork arepa. We literally inhaled it. The only pauses were to groan with delight. Oh Corn is absolutely amazing!!”
