“Great! Was in with friends an the one friend went to br I asked the guy waiting on us did he know the friends regular order an he remembered my friend's order bc he said he comes in all the time remembering he always orders an extra large coffee with birthday tidbits every day. Great job I was truly impressed!!“

“The crew there are always working hard , they are very sociable and polite. Everytime I go there the order is correct, the drinks are always made amazingly, there's even a couple guys there that know my order so well they already have it brewing...lol...The one problem I have is a manager that works there, he on a few occasions now has berated his crew , yelling at them or getting aggravated with them in front of customers, that's not professional nor is it a proper way to treat your employees...“

“One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time“
