I was told to leave when on my phone and as I stood outside looking in I thought …”who is she to tell me?!” As I walked back in and sat at the counter ready to eat, I was met with a sign of rules laid out like the 10 commandments ?. As I read I started to feel right at home back in my mom’s kitchen where the food takes you back to your childhood and you learned how to have some manners (like it or not). Needless to say, I will 100% be coming back here as the food is so good it’s nostalgic and reminds me of my mom. Colleen is a hardworking woman and a staple in this community I can tell as I call home to a town an hour away and only passed through briefly…….. so pleased I did! I will drive an hour to eat here again!“

“Had mahi taco which was good and large portions.Another had cheeseburger and fries but the burger was well done on a medium rare request.Ravioli and meatballs special was excellent portions and raviolis were good and huge but salad was poor.Meatball sub was huge BUT meatballs had way to much bread crumbs or filler.Chicken wings were done nicely but blue cheese was too small portions. Onion rings were very good.“

“Roc City Sammich brought a food truck to the port beach for my rehearsal lunch/welcome party before my wedding. I booked them because the manager Joe was sooo friendly, responsive, and helpful right from the first communication. The food was awesome and we got nothing but compliments the entire time. Their staff was quick and organized and everything ran smoothly. They weren’t expecting tips from any of our guests which was unexpectedly generous but they absolutely deserved them. Highly recommend working with Joe and his team if you want a delicious and easy crowd-pleasing event!“

“The pizza here is a little pricey but is usually very good, as is the service from the staff. We usually dine-in a couple of times a month, but we've also done some pick-up orders without any big issues. One guy with glasses who works here (the owner?) isn't always the friendliest person in the world, but that's a whole separate issue and has nothing to do with the pizza.“

“Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations.
