Wow!!! Just had the most amazing service at one of my favorite local ice cream shops. Alexis was her name and we had a chance to chat. Very personable, pleasant and ambitious. Takes her job seriously and you can tell. Automatically jumped in to see how she could help me, gave wonderful suggestions, and service with such a nice smile. It was a last minute request from the celebrant for an ice cream cake. So off to Carvel and they did it. They cheerfully decorated the cake and did not mind our request for special design & colors. Thank you. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of visiting a remarkably clean and pristine Carvel establishment where the servers' friendliness and enthusiasm to assist truly stood out. As always, the ice cream surpassed my expectations with its exceptional quality.
