Would have given more stars, because the property was pretty cool. We enjoyed our stay. However it is quite expensive and they it turns out they never charged our CC for the stay, which we never even realized. 4 months later we get an email stating that “there was a mistake” and an invoice for the entire stay. This happened to friends of our as well and they had multiple stays that were never charged.
The Inn Spot appears great online but the rooms are not equipped with everything an actual hotel room would be. They don't have an iron or fridge, when I walked in there was also a cockroach on my sink.The check in process was confusing, there's no front desk and no one tells you the code or which room you're in. I had to call and get that information which was difficult because there is no cell service in the area.I think this place has good potential but it seems they were just...read full review

Located directly on the waterfront the Inn Spot was perfect for our one night stay. Very cozy space with expected amenities for a bungalow feel room.
