She made sure our drinks were always full, checked on us at the perfect times, and gave great menu recommendations.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine care for the customers. Even though the restaurant was busy, she handled everything smoothly and made us feel like a priority. Service like this truly makes the whole dining experience better.

“The food and service was excellent. All three of us had the salmon BLT. A plus that it's on multigrain toast. They served the mayo on the side so it wasn't slathered too heavily and the side chips were great, not greasy or salty. I substituted a salad for the chips and it was generous and fresh. Our server was friendly, efficient and had a sense of humor. We had a great time and will be back.“

“I took my family here for dinner last week, and it was truly the best Applebee’s I’ve ever visited. We were greeted and seated immediately upon walking in, which set a great tone for the evening.
Our server, Karla, was incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to explain the menu and specials to my family, going into detail about the Pick 2 deal and even offering helpful recommendations.
When our food was ready, it was promptly brought out by one of the managers, Miguel, who was very friendly and checked to see if we needed anything else.
I’ve been to many Applebee’s locations, but the staff here really sets this one apart. Highly recommend“

“My favorite kosher restaurant to come to New Rochelle in a long time. The food is just that good. Not fancy and a little cramped, but a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The chicken soup, BBQ wings, and the North End Sub were all so delicious and fresh. The onion rings were a big hit at our table.

Best part was the staff. They were incredibly patient and accommodating. Our server (I regrettably forget his name) had to take down a lot of dietary restrictions and special requests for a big family at the table beside us with seniors and little kids. They seemed to be totally taken care of and everyone enjoyed.“

“Came for a date night and I will start off by saying the atmosphere was amazing! Now let’s get to the customer service…. There should be better training for the staff. They were all so sweet however, the communication to the customers can be worked on a little bit more as far as letting them know “hey my name is…. I’ll be right with you” instead of looking us in the faces when walking to a table behind us to conclude their time there( this happened like 4 different times and when we were about to ask for her service that’s when she finally said I’ll be with you….. after about 20 minutes of sitting there ready to order)When we ordered, they forgot my partner’s burger meal and we waited about another 10 minutes for that. I ordered truffle fries with my wings and the first couple of bites were delicious but after a while the taste of Parmesan was taking over the entire palate, their regular fries though? 👍🏿👍🏿The games were fun and we had a blast.
