About SGD DUBU SO GONG DONG TOFU & KOREAN BBQ

Sgd Dubu So Gong Dong Tofu & Korean BBQ offers authentic and delicious Korean food with efficient service. The restaurant is often bustling, especially on Sunday afternoons, and the portions are generous. The Beef Bulgogi is a must-try, while the Kalbi is noted as the best in the area, served sizzling with all the side dishes (banchan). The Green tea is bottomless and a great value. The restaurant is clean, and food comes out quick, making it a great spot for a meal. Although some customers mentioned that the service could be improved, with instances of needing to request attention, the quality of the food makes it worth returning. The tofu stew is good but may vary in appeal, and the mushroom tofu stew is served hot in both temperature and spiciness. Don't miss the fermented letchaga for a unique and tasty dish. There is plenty of free parking in the adjacent lot, and while prices are a bit high, the overall experience is well-regarded.

Great warm food for a bad weather day

Awesome food. Will definitely go back. Veggies are not over cooked. Fast service. Would like to try the Short Rib BBQ next time.

Tofu soup was great, definitely get crispy rice in the hot stone bowls. Banchan was a little lacking in variety as well as amount, they did not refill them either which was strange since we were 4 diners but even tables with fewer diners all get the same banchan. Beef shortribs were a hit with our table. They also did not refill our water. We were a bit meh on the bibimbap, which came on a stone plate instead of a bowl, which made mixing and eating the crispy rice harder. Busy...read full review
