“Good food and atmosphere, they also serve alcohol, I had a Texas Margarita which was large and delicious. I got the Carnitas Mexicanas that came with wraps, refried beans and cheese, as well as yellow rice. Everything was delicious and I look forward to going back and maybe try the fish.”

“I got married on 9/13/2025 at 916 Riverside and it was one of the best wedding related decisions my husband and I made. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on site and it was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The ceremony was held outdoors on their patio, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how visually stunning it was. We primarily communicated with Jake, the owner, and Brooke, one of the head staff. They were both incredibly helpful and responded immediately whenever we reached out. Anytime I suggested something or asked if it was possible to do X, Y, or Z - Jake accepted with open arms and supported all of our ideas to make our big day personable and meaningful. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but doing so via Jake and Brooke made it as painless as possible, and that is something I am very grateful for. Staff paid attention to small details and ensured that everything got done in the way we envisioned and requested. At the end of our reception, Jake’s staff cleaned up quickly and packed all decorations and center pieces onto two designated tables, which made it that much easier for my husband and I to pick up and pack up everything the day after. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and there’s truly nothing I can critique. 916 Riverside will always be special to us, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any couples who are hunting for a venue. “Everything was fresh! The biscuit, chicken, and shrimp were all hot. The biscuit was very fluffy and tasted of honey. The chicken and shrimp were juicy, spicy, and well cooked! The barbecue sauce was smokey and tangy! The wait time was less than 5 minutes!”
