“Just took our 97 yo mom for her birthday. Neglected to get our servers name, had cute southern accent. She was so super sweet to mom, and great to all of us. Her anticipation was spot on. Made mom feel special with a surprise birthday cake slice, all dolled up. Thank you Fireside.“

“I placed a huge mobile order. The wait wasn't terrible considering how much food I ordered. When I got home all of our food was correct. The modifications were correct. But we were missing the empanadas. Which considering how much food there was i was impressed. I called the store and spoke to Karen. She was lovely and said if I stopped back she would take care of it. She felt so bad but honestly I was impressed that was the only mistake. I popped back by and Karen was great. I appreciate everyone at the store for being nice despite the order being so large lol.“

“Ate here while visiting family in the area. Service was excellent and the food was great. I ordered the Cajun catfish with Harlem potato salad and coleslaw as my choice of sides. A server brought us a plate of BBQ samples to try. Everything was good. On-street parking available plus a nearby parking ramp (for a fee). The place was noisy but had a great vibe.“

“I went in looking for some chocolates to give as a gift. The young lady working asked if she could help me. I said no, I was looking for chocolates. She suggested I get a Dubai chocolate instead. I said sure. It looked so good I wanted to try something for me. I asked what she suggested and she said to try the Biscoff Bliss mini pancakes. Well, I hadn't had dinner yet, so why not pancakes for dinner!?!? So, add some fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries along with some Biscoff sauce, white chocolate drizzle and some lotus crumble. Not the dinner I had planned but oh so much better!! I won't come off my sugar rush for another 3 hours but soooo worth it. A hidden little shop that hasn't been open for 2 years yet. Friendly staff with big smiles and bigger personalities. I'll be going back soon (after dinner some night) to try the crepes.“

I am vegetarian and love their flavorful, non-spicy options. They have the best Korean curry, bibimbap, and egg fried rice!!“

Al Pastor tacos are the best of them all. Parking is not the best but there are spots on the surrounding streets. Will be back again and again.“

“Not only were the employees very kind, the food itself was wonderful for my first visit. We also got one of the chocolate chip vegan cookies and it is EASILY the best cookie I’ve ever had. I didn’t expect to like it so much (I’m not even vegan! It just looks yummy 🤭). Lovely little place with adorable animal photos throughout also. Employee was kind when I asked for an explanation for them. Loved finding out it’s a community board of loved pets alive and those also lost. They stated the community could bring in a photo of their pet to place on the wall. Great to see that small moment of recognizing the community and being involved to create that memorial & funny moments for the animals! Thanks for a great experience. For sure will be back.“

“10/10! I was blown away. Absolutely hands down one of Rochester’s best restaurants. Friendly and quick staff and the food… 🤤 oh the food. The food was DELICIOUS! Cooked to perfection, and as 2 chefs on a date who are highly critical of others cooking, we were BOTH impressed. Atmosphere was warm and inviting, and presentation was impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I took some pics & vids and have a smaller social media of 22K that i plan on directing to go to this extremely good restaurant if they are in the Rochester area. The cocktails are presented with class and flare as well. If you’re looking for that perfect place for a romantic date night dinner, business meeting or just a foodie… this is a MUST-GO! Thanks to the amazing chef who was so accommodating! We will definitely be back!“

“We hosted a party and it was very easy to coordinate. The servers at the event were fabulous, and the event space was great. They helped to create signature cocktails for us, and provided extra tables, games, and sound system items free of charge. We brought in all of our own food and decorations and had plenty of time for set up and breakdown. I would highly recommend this event space for your next event - personal or corporate.“

I wish I got their names, because they made me feel like I knew them forever and they were just wonderful. anyone should make it a point to head down there, try whatever they recommend, and have a chat!“

“Had a nice visit here this past weekend. Enjoyed the outdoor area for a beer. Speaking of, we got to sample a few of the taps and selected one we liked. Easy in and out, especially on a nice sunny day where you can hang out in the shade.“

“We go to this restaurant about once a month or so. This last week I took a friend there on Friday. The place was packed out since it was their fish fry night. It was loud and very busy, (busier than any time I had ever gone before), yet the service was great and so was the food. I love a good Reuben, and their kitchen staff know just the right combination of ingredients to make it perfectly. There is always enough food and the wait staff is friendly and efficient.“

“Very welcoming, cute and cozy! The person who served me was very nice and friendly. When it comes to coffee, I can be indecisive, so I went with their suggestion of the iced strawberry mocha. Let me tell you, it was SO good! The drink was very flavourfull and chocolately all throughout. Best part is it's vegan, too, so no animals are harmed in the making of their drinks :)

The restaurant is in a in older building and the menus are photocopies of a hand written menu, so it is definitely a hole-in-the-wall kind of place.“

Such a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!“

“I have been to La Bola a few times for lunch and love their sandwiches on foccacia. Recently I went to a holiday party there and it was out of this world! What a cool place to have an event! They put out several different spreads to graze on, one was an eggplant and fig foccacia- fantastic. I also really enjoyed the craft cocktail options they had for the event which were winter themed. I will most definitely be back for lunch (or dinner) and I hope to get to go for an event there again.“

“First time there - the food is AMAZING! Some of the best food I’ve ever had. So reminiscent of El Ricon, but yet different. Huge and intriguing menu. The quesadillas are so delicious as are the sopes, & chile rellenos..the flan is creamy & caramel and the chocolate dulce de leche is sinful. If you haven’t been - GO… does not disappoint! We tried shrimp tom yum soup, papaya salad, fresh and fried spring rolls, brisket pho, and pineapple fried rice. Everything was fantastic. This may be the best pho that we’ve tried in Rochester! Service was great as well.“

“Ok so the staff was great and the interior was clean and orderly. The issue is have is solely with the overwhelming flavor of banana in every single smoothie. All 3 of the ones we ordered had the same intensity of banana. None of the smoothies names would indicate a banana forward flavor other than the SB. Disappointing at the price point“

“From time to time work brings me into Rochester. During a trip my co-worker brought me to Georgie’s for an amazing Cubano w/chicharrones. I enjoyed the food and chats with Georgie. Stand-up guy with an amazing café. So glad to see him and his family putting amazing food out after all of these years. You will not be disappointed!“
