“Hey this place deserves a 5 star review...The chef provides good portions and I really love how the food actually comes out with a nice hint of spice. The balance of spice is difficult to find at other similar style restaurants. Another thing I like about this establishment is the fact that the food is not excessively oily.I tried the beef and it was waaaay better then I expected I hope to try it again soon.“
“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“
“Stumbled upon this place after ordering take out from here and was pleasantly surprised to find it inside a supermarket filled with isles of amazing international foods. Unfortunately, when we arrived home we realized we were given the wrong order and immediately called them and they kindly Ubered our correct order to us without any charge and let us keep the wrong order. We ordered: 1. Scallion pancakes with sliced beef - a favorite 2. Steamed bbq pork buns - huge and pork was delicious but too much dough to meat ratio 3. Sesame chicken - too much dough 4. Chicken with broccoli - healthy option and delicious They had a promotion and gifted us 6 pork soup dumplings which were a fav as well. I will definitely order from here again for more dim sum style food as there are so many things I wanted to try. I also like that they have frozen options for dim sum to take home and make yourself. I recommend picking the order up to check out the food bizarre as well.“
“Decent place to get some Chinese food. The scallion pancake was different from what I had. It’s not a puff pastry, more like a pancake rolled up. The Shanghai shu mai could have more mushroom in the filling. Other dishes are good. Probably will come back to try the soup dumplings.“
“Went with another couple started off with chicken lettuce wraps and 2 different types of dim sum. The waiter brought out the lettuce wraps first and when we finished the last bite the first order of dim sum came out, shumai which was delicious and then after we finished those dumplings the next set of dumplings came out. Timed perfectly so everything was fresh out of the oven. Main courses we had General Tso, Sesame chicken, Mongolian beef and Mongolian chicken. Everything was great least favorite was sesame chicken a little bland but still good best for me was Mongolian beef. Highly recommended a little pricey but worth it.“
