“I was invited to attend Kids night today and it was so fun. My cousin told me about it and we made a night of it with our family. I really appreciate the idea of bringing family and community together around food, games and movies. I hope to come back soon.“

“While traveling upstate, I honestly wasn’t sure I’d find a good spot that accommodates halal dietary needs. Those trips can be hit or miss, especially the further you get out. But to my surprise, I came across 845 Halal and it definitely delivered.
Right across the street, there was also a Crown Fried Chicken and another halal-friendly spot, so it was clear this area had options, but I decided to give 845 Halal a try. I ended up chatting with the brother of one of the founders, who shared that their family has been in the restaurant business for about 30 years and owns multiple spots in the area. That kind of longevity says a lot.
The food itself is exactly what you’d expect from a solid halal fast food spot, burgers, fried chicken, over rice platters, but done right. Everything I had was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. I played it safe this time since it was my first visit, but I definitely had my eye on the jerk chicken. Looking back, I probably should’ve just gone for it.
The setup is straightforward, quick service, casual vibe, and they do have some seating available. One thing to note, though, no public restroom, so plan accordingly if you’re stopping by during a longer drive.
Overall, if you’re passing through upstate New York and need a reliable halal option, this is a spot worth checking out. If I lived nearby, I could easily see myself coming here a couple of times a week. Next time, I’m definitely going for that jerk chicken.“

“I moved out of town to Duchess County and I drove down to Mohegan Lake just to go to the Applebee’s. The kitchen manager Will was amazing. He helped with my grandchildren’s specific dietary needs. Our server Anna was so knowledgeable and helpful also. I lived in Cortlandt manor for 25 years and loved going there.“

“Good place but not a great place. Food was average to good, service was perfect, drinks were satisfactory, atmosphere was average, prices were on the high side especially the chicken wings. Parking and restrooms were very good. Neighborhood was a little sketchy saw homeless people looking for cans and asking for change in the parking lot. Overall was good and average place.“

“Second time we have been here. We came during dinner time. Food is always very good. However, the food was a bit slow. I felt like they favored online orders vs the customers who actually ordered in person. The place was also not as clean as I expected. Tables weren't cleaned on a regular basis it seemed, and certain condiments like the ketchup were empty. Definitely would go back if passing through, but I hope they improve the above“

“I legitimately got the nicest most well-made burgers and wrap that I've gotten from any of the mainstream fast food restaurants in a very long time. The gal behind the counter made our sandwiches nicely and not the usual fast and sloppy. It may have been because it was after the lunch rush and they weren't very busy, but they were made very nicely nonetheless. She also added some extra spicy sauce to my wrap when I asked.“

“McDonald in Cortlandt Manor is the nicest Fast food place in a region. It has very good location,easy to get parking for the car and great fast service inside and outside orders through the window. There is unity around workers, serving with kindness and smile.Their radio is set for nice modern music and some talk without arguing one with another as it happens on others radio stations or some TV .It is great place to chat with friends and stay to eat good meals with drinks to choose.Children like this place to eat get small toys and sit with big McDonald as a clown.Once little boy liked to be long time with the siting clown McDonald and somebody ask him” Would you like take him home and the boy replayed yes, yes,Children are very happy when parents make them picture with this big McDonald clown.I like this McDonald place to come late after work to eat and drink coffee play some gams or sweepstake,to relax and chat with some who come often like me.Those who have iPhones like myself will appreciate opportunity to charged batteries from wall outlet Other McDonalds have w-f but no access to charge phones.In this McDonald there is atmosphere could be desirable in every � home where � love, harmony and peace make home � happy and blessed by God. “Everything at this Burger King location is sufficient enough for 5 stars. However, I don't understand why I can't get the cheese melted on any sandwichs anymore, whether it's their cheeseburgers or their egg and cheese sandwiches, it's never hot enough to melt the cheese anymore. Although this probably explains why I could place an app order at the drive through and it'll be ready before I get to the window.“
