This is THE worst chipotle location in the country. I have never gotten my order correct. I have never gotten average sized portions. The staff in the location should either be completely switched or the location should be shut down in its entirety. Terrible image for the brand. Nobody who graduates from West Point will ever look at chipotle the same. Handle this.
missed quite literally half of our order. fire everyone working there immediately.
Pick up only. Make sure you check your order when you pick it up. I ordered 2 bowls with guac and none of the bowls came with guac. They also forgot the lettuce in one and added it to another along with other ingredients I didn’t order ie sour cream.
