Avoid at all costs. The last two times I have ordered from them, I’ve had to wait 30-40 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. They are horribly understaffed. The food is not put together well. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but I am never going back. It used to be decent. Don’t waste your money.
This is THE worst chipotle location in the country. I have never gotten my order correct. I have never gotten average sized portions. The staff in the location should either be completely switched or the location should be shut down in its entirety. Terrible image for the brand. Nobody who graduates from West Point will ever look at chipotle the same. Handle this.
missed quite literally half of our order. fire everyone working there immediately.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a grab-and-go restaurant loved by families for its quick service. It is a newer place with totally online cashless orders and no order machines in the shop. Despite occasional issues like missing or overcooked ingredients, recent improvements have been noticed. The digital order process ensures convenient pickups, though some customers have faced challenges when the store gets very busy, leading to long wait times past the scheduled pickup. The food quality is generally good, with tasty meals like the kids' options available. While the service is fast, there is no place to sit, but the location is wheelchair accessible. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill offers efficient service and delicious food, making it a convenient choice for a quick bite.
