“We had such a wonderful experience at Shake Shack in Holbrook, NY! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this location is being run by a strong, dedicated management team.
A special shoutout to Carlos, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. You can tell he takes pride in both his work and his team.
The entire staff was working so hard and diligently, while still maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, organized, and well maintained, which really stood out to us.
It’s refreshing to see a team that works so well together and a manager who clearly leads by example. Carlos and his entire team deserve recognition for the excellent job they’re doing!“

“My boyfriend and I have been frequenting Karver's Grille for the past few years. We have been fortunate enough to get to know two particular servers, Brandon and Alex. They both go out of their way to make sure our dining experience is excellent. From keeping up with my boyfriend's diet coke habit to giving us bread without asking with our french onion soup. These days, it's hard to find a restaurant where servers take the time to get know regulars. We truly appreciate them always providing amazing service.“

The sauces were perfectly balanced, the mac & cheese was incredible, and the burger tacos were absolutely amazing. Prices were very reasonable for the quality, the owner was extremely welcoming and attentive, and the staff were all super friendly. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re around Stony Brook.“

This is my go to place for lunch during the work week because they are very health conscience and reasonably priced. I particularly like ordering online where I can add or delete any of the ingredients to my liking. They have a huge selection of food so there is something for everyone. They have a Breakfast and Lunch menu that includes Omelets and platters of all kinds for breakfast, burgers, salads, wraps, paninis, soups, quesadillas, regular & fish tacos and vegetarian wraps and much more. You can even eat your lunch on an outside patio area. 10 out of 10.“

If the prices are going up with less portions that’s going to be a problem for Friendly’s. I would hate to see them go out of business because I love Friendlys too!!“

I've gotten salads from the Pop salad section and i just tried a quesadilla with steak (omg soooo good, the steak is soft and juicy and seasoned just right). the salad is always fresh and tasty and the portions are big!! My quesadilla meal was about 13.50 without the drink but i have leftovers and I always have half a salad left so it's like 2 meals for 10-15 dollars...so worth it. The people that prep the food in the back are so nice too. Idk where they found these employees but they are just so genuine and friendly. Love this place. I recommend it to everyone lol“

They had a deal going where you choose your foods and they make you a platter/dish of food that I could not finish in one sitting, neither could my unc lol it was a lot of good food..did I mention it was only $7 a plate?! Usually $10, which is still totally worth it. I also tried their fries, OMG they're like Checkers Rallys fries but thicker!! So delicious and fresh!! All the food was fresh and the restaurant was immaculate. I will be going back here to eat. Hey, if you live near there...you're foolish to not eat there. I gave them 5⭐“

“Excellent, your getting what you pay for, everything can be customized, you can order in person or kiosk. The kiosk didnt ask me for a tip, felt bad, but good to know if your not a tipper. I couldnt finish my plate, dont say that often on a 20 dollar meal.

“Last Wednesday I was at Davis vision works and we walk to the restaurant for lunch whem we get the we were standing up for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to give us a table. finally whem someone come to us and without asking if we need a table rigth away he say is was 15 mint wait, me while the restaurant wasn't even packed it was a lot of table empty and even like that he was going to make us to wait more. really bad service and rude attention. we have money to pay it wasn't like we were asking for a free table. people are really racist at this place. Although it was only 8 pm , one staff member was cleaning and VACUUMING a section while we, and other diners were eating. I find this a little annoying since the air is being polluted with who knows what from that VACUUM! Not a procedure that should be done while people are eating!“
