“We visited the restaurant with our daughter and 4 friends for Easter Brunch. The location, food and service were terrific. Service was great (always had someone at the table before our water or lattes were done), the food was worth its cost (portions were large and we all had leftovers for later in the day). Will definitely be back next time visiting our daughter in Rochester.“

“Last minute decision turned into a delightful evening. We had deviled eggs and red steamed shrimp to start. Southern Fish Fry and Steak & Frites for our dinner. Delicious food, wonderful service (ask for Sydney!!!) and a cozy atmosphere.“

“I was supposed to come here with a friend but he's sick so it's a good thing I like dining solo just fine. I went right after they opened and there were several tables there already. Maybe Solar Eclipse traffic??? I was greeted right away-from across the room actually. I think it was the manager because he made the rounds to the tables asking how everything was later on. I started off with a lemon sour. Delicious. Never had one but if you're looking for a sweet drink this ain't it. It was on special. I was delivered bread with honey butter, pickles and hummus. I thought that was weird but it was actually so good on the bread. I had a piece of Italian bread, some onion bread and probably focaccia. The bread plate was insane-I could have just had bread there and been happy. I ordered a wood fired pizza. I mean that's in the name so that's what I got. It was pretty good. The sauce is on the spicy side. Just enough heat to wake up your tastebuds but not so uncomfortable that your mouth is on fire. I heard the table next to me also was talking about the spice of one of their dishes and talking about their nose running when things are spicy...same girl, same. And my nose was a little runny. I wish the pepperoni had been cup and char but that may have put that pizza over the top with having such a robust sauce. I did indulge in dessert. Against my better judgement because I full! But luckily my dessert stomach stepped her ass up to the plate and took one for the team. I do not think the dessert selection is that fantastic. I think every dessert has some chocolate in it except for the crème brûlée so if you're not a chocolate person, there's not a whole lot to choose from. I really wanted the coconut cake, but that had chocolate ganache on it, and the oatmeal cake just sounded unappealing so I passed on those. The crème brûlée was really good. My server was really good. I can't complain. It's a good place to eat-worth the drive and I liked the atmosphere. I found it to be a little drafty though and I noticed others keeping their coats on. I didn't have a coat so I was a bit chilly the whole meal. Good drink selection, not many appetizers though not that you'll need them. They encourage plate sharing. The pizzas are quite big especially for one!!“

“Always delicious food with great servers. We haven't had the opportunity to hear live music yet, but the patio is our favorite spot to dine when weather allows.Kid-friendliness: Great with kids. They have crayons and coloring books for great entertainment. Good kids menu.“

“I came in for dinner with some coworkers and truly loved my experience. We came in right at the end of Happy Hour and our server rushed to get our first wine orders in so we could make the special. I ordered the Ceasar salad with shrimp and it was quite possibly the best Ceasar I've ever had! It was incredible and filled with plump, perfectly cooked shrimp! I also ordered a side of fries because, girl dinner lol, and they were just what I wanted! Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meal equally. The restaurant was busy but we had quick, friendly service throughout our meal. It was a fun place to grab a meal and drinks after a long day of work!“

“LOVE this place. Have been going regularly now since it’s so consistently good. HIGHLY recommend the chicken parm. The sauce is phenomenal. Great clean restaurant, all the food is great and service is awesome. Josh is the best and we always have an excellent experience when he serves us.“

“Great food and service. Ambiance was spoiled by some large garish paintings which seemed out of place in this old restored building. There were no beef entrees! With low ceilings in what was once a house, the noise became a nuisance once most tables were seated.“

“Unexpectedly wide selection is the Minnehan's thing. From turkey with stuffing to standard burger fare, there are great choices. The wait can be a little long, but that's the price you have to expect to pay when your food is cooked for you.“

“My wife, and go here all the time fine ding at its best. We go for our birthdays holidays. We never had a bad meal. It's always been scrumptious doing the holidays. They have a limited menu. They have a set price so before you go for a holiday check the menu the wine list is not that long, but I always found it to be satisfied with what I get I would say they are a superb definitely try them out. I don't think you will be disappointed the building used to be an Inn. For weary travelers that traveled the old Erie Canal the restaurant is decorated as such. They have outside seating during nice weather. If it gets cool, they turn on the outside heaters just be aware nothing is perfect. Your warm on top cold on the bottom just dress accordingly. It is a lovely spot. Very friendly my wife and I have gone there for about 20 years.“

“Once you locate the restaurant, you are in for a treat. This is located behind the hotel and totally unmarked. We didn’t realize that it is PART OF the hotel and there is no signage at the direct entrance to it. (We did note a sign at the street indicating that it was located within that particular complex). Excellent in all categories except for short period of time when the music playing was loud and not in keeping with the otherwise peaceful ambiance. Best sweet potato fries I have ever had. EVER!!“

“Excellent restaurant for anyone who is gluten intolerant! Basically everything on the regular menu is on the separate gluten free menu. They have really unique GF options that I haven't had anywhere in Rochester, like a GF fish fry and GF fried pickles. I think the non-gluten free people in my party felt like the food was typical bar/grill quality food, but as the GF person in the party, I thought the food was amazing and didn't taste like it was even made GF.I cannot speak to how safe it is for celiacs, but I felt safe and my plate was even marked as an "allergy" dish with a little marked toothpick.I will definitely get food from here again, if it is just take out!“

“Came here with a large group and ended up trying a bunch of stuff. For apps, the shrimp tostada and crab dip were alright. The salmon salad was rather simple, but the salmon was cooked very well. Everyone raves about the chicken n waffles. I had a N.A. Negroni, which is basically a 0 proof liquor, with botanicals and I was quite impressed. Service was pretty good.“

“I had a nice brisket sandwich. I recently had covid so I couldn't taste it very well, but what I could taste was good. The texture was nice. The meat was tender. The food didn't take too long to come out and the server was super nice and courteous. She always checked to see if I needed a refill.“

“We were here for a company holiday party and had a great time. The venue is very pretty and the live music (piano and singing) was a very nice touch. The food service was a bit slow and several people at our table were given the wrong order (pre selected and noted on our place cards) but it was quickly fixed! Food was delicious and the bartender was very friendly!“
