Billy and his team were a well-oiled machine working there. They knew the venue in and out. They also knew what to recommend for us for the venue. The day of the wedding, Spice Catering ensured that we ate and that we always had drinks if we wanted them. They were flexible with us in determining if we keep the ceremony/cocktail hour inside/outside due to the weather forecast. They also had plenty of staff to greet guests as they entered and to serve our guests. Erick, our maître d', helped our day of coordinator set everything up, take everything down, and ensure the timeline was followed smoothly. Erick was amazing to work with and took the time to get to know my husband and I to best support us on our wedding day. Our guests complimented how delicious and hot the food was and mentioned it as a highlight of the wedding. We HIGHLY recommend Spice Catering.“

“What a lot of students(who don’t have a very good understanding of health restrictions) complain about is the food quality this year, as if it’s completely terrible. The dining staff has done a terrific job this year, obviously the food is not going to be as good, or I would even say very good. It’s covid times, and they’re mass producing food for the student body. The dining staff is equally at risk and I am grateful that they have put in the work into improving the food, and it is very good.“
