Dunkin' Donuts in Hopewell Junction

“Great customer service. Bella went above and beyond, all I wanted was a little extra sweetener but she went in the back and opened a brand new one as the one they used in my coffee was low. That is proper customer service! Most people would prob just use the same one.“

“I got my favorite but this time I got a hot caramel macchiato. Thank you guys for making my coffee so delicious every single time. And the customer service at Dunkin never fails they always have good customer service. Even if they've made a mistake they are willing to fix it. Thanks again guys“

“Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop. They do have the best coffee and tea. I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness. I like the donuts, although I don't have them often. The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time. I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them. They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old. They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore. The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally. The bagels are not my favorite. They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy. They should try to work on that because they always seem stale. The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad. I like the new sourdough bread that they have now. The avocado toast is very good. I don't like the sundried tomatoes though. They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people. I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now. They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I don't like that they changed their rewards program. It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from. They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“

“I found this particular Dunkin Donuts store has the most pleasant and considerate staff. That is something that is missing almost everywhere and these employee's went above and beyond to be nice. The food was good. Even if the food was awful it would not take away how very kind these young employees were. To me it was a nice change.“
