“It was one of those calm Hudson Valley mornings when sunlight quietly spills through the window, and the air smells of roasted coffee beans and buttery pastries. At Anna & Pierre Café, I ordered a Spicy Red Pepper Shiitake Danish—a small piece of art resting on a white plate.

The layers were crisp and flaky, crowned with black and white sesame seeds and fresh green scallions. The flavor was rich yet balanced: savory, slightly spicy, with a faint sweetness at the end. “I ate here a couple days ago while on vacation and everyone loved it. Big servings and low cost. Great atmosphere and very friendly owners and staff. Most of my group had been here several times. I can't wait to get back. I got the I-84 garden salad with house dressing. It was the perfect meal for me. Excellent dressing and veges.“

I ordered the Falafel 🧆 Plate with Hummus and a Salad 🥗. Although that’s all I really wanted the Owner suggested that I try a sample of Tabouleh and Babaghanough. It was slamming and definitely added to my meal. It was truly a very tasteful set of dishes!!!!!! I also had a nice cold Guava Drink to accompany my meal. Very nice healthy food. “7 of us popped in on a Thursday evening without a reservation. We were kindly greeted and promptly seated. We each enjoyed our meals and appetizers - delicious food, large portions. I opted for the half portion of Chicken Sandoval. The half portion was plenty and the dish was tasty! A great spot to eat in the Village and even re-connect with with an "old" friend.“

“Such a nice local ice cream shop! Loved the variety on the menu and they even had a frozen dog treats. Flavors and quality of the ice cream are great. Today I had a coconut Kit Kat that was excellent but they also had some vegan/nondairy options that looked tasty. The outdoor area is nice to sit at and dog-friendly. Also appreciate that this is woman and LGBTQ+ owned.“

I didn’t catch the young woman’s name but she was so helpful, answered all my questions and made me a custom drink- and even made sure I liked it! The smoothie bowls are so fresh with crisp fresh fruit and toppings.. highly recommend! 😍“

Asked him if it was a sensitivity or allergy, when he replied allergy they stopped production of all other burgers to make mine so it would have no contact trace. Not to mention their fries are always gluten free. So very grateful to be able to get safe food for my celiac disease while getting take out!“

“What a great diner! We were staying in Fishkill for a couple nights and chose to eat at Red Line Diner both nights. Our waiters Drew on Friday and then Dario on Saturday night were awesome. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere and comfort this diner provides is the best! I hope to go there again someday.“

When we arrived we were told they don't have big table for our size party. They managed to add a table. The food was a 1.5 Everyone fries were over cooked the chicken was dry not a bit of Honey was tasted on the sandwiches. Tap water warm little to barely no ice. It took over 30 minutes to receive our meals no bread sticks salad nothing offered while we waited. It was a HORRIBLE DINNER. We asked if they have any Bday specials were told No. Do you sing Happy Birthday No. Mind you we were told by the person that recommended the place said they do sing Happy Birthday. I'm starting to feel it was a racial situation. Yet we still left tips. The Family had to go find Food upon leaving. The server was great it was her second day. I wish her well“
