“This fine establishment is one you cannot miss! Tucked in the hills of southern WNY, it is well worth the long ride. Katherine and Grace were the most professional and sociable subway workers I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. It was an existential experience.“

“I’m a huge Subway fan and the Alfred one is the best I’ve been to, they somehow always manage to get the best, friendliest employees (Amanda, Angela, Jordan, Chanda, and others whose names I don’t remember) and it is always super clean. I’ve never had a bad experience there. HIGHLY recommend. They take customer service very seriously.“

“First time we visited Andy's since they've moved & changed owners. Husband said his sub was great. But, I was very upset with mine. I ordered a ½ meatball w/Swiss & provolone. I thought when you order a "hot sub"? It would be hot? The meatballs & sauce were both so cold that the cheese didn't even melt. And definitely not Connie's meatballs & sauce.“
