“I know this place has a lot of bad reviews but we had a great experience. The workers were super friendly (more than any other Subway we have been at) and understanding of our two small children. Food was good and the workers even gave us a coupon to use. We had a great experience!“

“Generally all is good. Yesterday (07/05) they definitely could have used more help. The 2 staff members hustled and handled the crowd as well as they could. Between walking and phone ins they were overburdened. Some customers were not happy.“

“I’m a huge Subway fan and the Alfred one is the best I’ve been to, they somehow always manage to get the best, friendliest employees (Amanda, Angela, Jordan, Chanda, and others whose names I don’t remember) and it is always super clean. I’ve never had a bad experience there. HIGHLY recommend. They take customer service very seriously.“
