Pathetic! Order ahead to be picked up at dinner time 5:30pm. I get there and they tell me that they have no chicken and I have to wait 10 min. When I ask for my money back, sorry no refund using app and the manager was very rude and disrespectful! It won't be long and thus KFC will be empty because customers are fed up with service and treatment by your $15/hr employees! ?????
I purchased a bucket of chicken it was so full of grease on botom of bucket and very dark I heated up in air fryer the bottom had so much grease in it and the chicken was still greasy he got so sick thank God I didn't eat any of it I threw out the rest of it it was the one in horseheads
