I placed an online pickup order, said it’d be ready in 5-15 mins. I got there in 8, figured I’d have to wait a couple mins, nbd. I waited 25. Meanwhile, someone else came inside and placed the exact same order I did — they received theirs in less than 5 mins while I still sat there waiting for another 10. Absolutely ridiculous. Employees were friendly and got my order right at least.
Ordered fresh chicken extra crispy received my order in matter of minutes, came home and the chicken is so old it had must been sitting out for at least an half hour very old chicken and refuses to issue any type of refund when you decide to call them they get no answer it goes to voicemail and says enter access code number service and everything is a 1 star very very poor service and refuses to make it right
The wait is always long. They dont care about the quality of food they serve. Hard chicken mashed potatoes with very little gravy. Its sad. Kfc used to be so good. Management should do more quality control.
