Experienced a wonderful afternoon with friends, playing a new game for all of us. Staff was helpful with rules, all game components were in great condition, even upgraded with necessary overlays for the particular game (Terraforming Mars). Great refreshment options available, even happened to have one of my favorite summer beers. The cafe is very well kept, tables and general space is very clean. Messaged them through Facebook asking if they had Zendikar Rising Set booster boxes for sale.
“We sure do!”
Drive forty minutes to be told they don’t sell the boxes, but I’m welcome to buy them at the per pack price.
It’s understandable that they don’t want to sell out quickly, but why not inform me of that when I spoke to them earlier in the day?
