McKeown's is amazing! You feel like you're walking into a pub in Dublin. And the bartenders are always so friendly. It's a great place to just hang out, not a typical Long Island bro bar.
I’m not sure what was nastier - the bathrooms in this bar, or the attitude of the bartender with dirty blonde hair who was working last night. I was screamed at for adding one drink to the round I ordered last night because I wasn’t allowed to “back order.” Isn’t it easier to get six drinks on one tab? Left my credit card there Saturday night and they charged the card 93$. That's totally fine because I know I bought shots and beer so 93$ sounds ok, but this morning I woke up to check my account and now it's saying 100$ from this bar. I never closed out, I left the card there, I didn't get a chance to add tip or anything and I never signed or approved anything. Thanks guys. That's not ok.
