“This is my second time this week, ordering from Toscana Pasta and Pizza. The menu offers good Italian lunch specials and dinner entrée food choices. Our first delivered order was from the lunch menu. The salad was fresh, and it was enough for two to share. My Veal Marsala order was tender, smothered in mushrooms, and a delicious brown gravy. It was cooked just right. My partner ordered the lasagna. The cut square serving was more than an ample serving size. The garlic knots are fresh and light. The delivery was piping hot when we received it. Unfortunately, we were both hungry and missed taking photos. I am a seafood lover. So, tonight, for my 2nd delivered dinner meal choice was the Lobster Ravioli. It was a seafood delight and absolutely delicious. My partner ordered the linguine carbonara. It looked delicious, too. We both were into savoring the authentic Italian taste and missed another plated food photo op. Lastly, I must say that the phone in and delivery service is friendly. I highly recommend Toscana Pasta and Pizza.“

“Excellent chicken and rice spot in Bethpage.
I've been to a large number of spots for chicken and rice, from the halal guys on 53rd and 6th, to the numerous spots along Steinway street in astoria, shahs, And other halal spots along the island and around hillside avenue and it's great to have an excellent local place close by to satisfy by desire for mix over rice.

Every spot has its own take on the chicken and halal eatz does a great job with whatever the seasoning is. White sauce is on point and hot sauce is HOT as expected. They have a number of other items I've never tried but am looking forward to tasting.

I saw they have byob (Bag of chips - not beer obviously) which is something that's become popular on social media, and I think it's a great idea for a solid price.

Overall great food that never disappoints that honeslty I'd say is the best bang for the buck in the area and a refreshing alternative to have around to eat. I'd post a picture but the ones that are already shared do it justice enough. If you opt for a platter, while I normally do pita, their fries are great.

“My buddy and I went to dinner at the Grand Stage Diner on 4/10/24 prior to the Islanders game. The diner was clean, the hostess was very nice and friendly and the wait staff was excellent. We each ordered burgers w/ fries. I have to say it was one of the best cheeseburgers I ever had at a diner. Food was hot, perfectly cooked. Superb! I would definitely go back. Truly from the way they make their fresh dough, choose their top of the line cheese, tomato sauce, Dearborn ham, etc, I can tell they shopped around and chose the best. From perfectly crisped meaty bacon bits, tender chicken and how they cut their produce to carmelize the onions on top so it complements the entire BBQ chicken pizza I just tried. This is the first round pizza I had from them and it didn’t disappoint. It had a nicely seasoned Parmesan garlic butter crust and the toppings were perfectly placed with just enough bbq sauce. Can we talk about their salads, too?? Quality produce with romaine lettuce cut like pros-uniform and easy to eat. And generous toppings with a yummy ranch (my favorite here) dressing. “Amazing sandwich, that's it! Got the buffalo Caesar wrap and everything about it was perfect. Buffalo had perfect slice, nothing sweet mixed in, romaine was crispy and the Caesar dressing was the perfect Amount without making the wrap soggy. Cinnamon and sugar tater tots were hot, crispy, and well coated almost tastes like dessert when you are done with the wrap, for $11 you can't go wrong.“

“Craving a salad and this was the perfect place to go. Ordered the Tokyo Supergreens bowl and all the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. I mistakenly got “medium level” dressing and my salad was too salty, so I went back and asked one of the employees if I could add more greens to dilute the flavors. He offered to make me a completely new salad but I deferred as I don’t like to waste food. After getting some additional greens, my salad was perfect!

Not only that, but the employee (turned out to be the manager) that gave me the greens came out shortly after to check if my salad was ok… and again offered to make me a new one if I wasn’t satisfied!
