“Listen, I'm not going to complain having a burger king 5 min from the house... but the service here sucks. When you make specific requests, it gets ignored. It takes a very long time to get your food, whether special request or not... but like I said, I can't complain. This place has come in clutch at all hours of the day. multiple times. I appreciate this location and hope that they will get the hang of the reason why it is called *fast* food. Oh, also lots of uber eats, grubhub guys here so it can get a little annoying and make the wait even longer.“

“I had a great experience at Smashburger. The food was delicious the burgers were juicy flavorful, and cooked just right and the fries were perfectly crispy. The service was also excellent Stacy was friendly, welcoming, and she recommended the jalapeño burger it was a really enjoyable meal, and I'd definitely come back again for both the great food and service.“

“Okay first of all Mashallah 😍. I was born in the generation of Halalbee’s. First off, I got my order quickly! The man I spoke with had a mask on, and the restaurant was perfectly COVID compliant. The food?! AMAZING. Perfectly priced for the quality of what you’re getting. Definitely have the Double Decker with the Maple Beef Bacon! The Panko Chicken Nuggets were crispy, and fresh. The Truffle Fries were seasoned beautifully! Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent portions! I’d love to shake the owner’s hand, but that will have to wait until social distancing is behind us! I’m definitely bringing all my friends, and recommending this spot to my coworkers! No food photo cause I legit inhaled my meal!“

“Smash burgers are the big trend now, and some places squish them down so much they become nothing more then dry burnt tasteless patties. This place is NOT that. The meat is delicious and their house sauce is amazing. I would recommend getting a double patty as they are small but filling. The fries are very thin but super tasty. “I finally tried 7th Street Burger and WOW. It was SO good and tasted incredibly fresh. The burger was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had that classic smashburger vibe with crispy edges and soft buns. Everything tasted hot off the grill 🤤

We didn’t have to wait at all (which was amazing), but just a heads up — seating is pretty limited. It’s definitely more of a quick, casual spot rather than somewhere you sit and hang for a long time.

Also, the young lady at the counter was super polite and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Great food and good service? Love that.

“I noticed Smashburger recently went through a rebranding, so I decided to give it another shot. We had some not-so-great experiences at this location years ago, which kept us from coming back—but after seeing the updated menu featured by YouTuber King Schratz, we figured it was worth trying again. I’m glad we did, because it did not disappoint.

The food and service were both excellent and fast, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly across the board, and Ashley at the register really stood out—she gave great recommendations and helped us choose some items.

Our order included the BBQ Bacon Burger, Smash Fries, Smash Tots, a chili cheese big hot dog, and milkshakes. Everything came out quickly, and the team even brought the food to our table. The Smash Fries and Tots were delicious , with a flavorful garlic, herb, and olive oil seasoning. The burgers were large, juicy, and had that perfect crispy crust you want from a smash burger.

The milkshakes were also a highlight. Made with Häagen-Dazs ice cream, they were rich but still easy to drink. The only downside is that the caramel flavor has been discontinued. I really hope they bring it back because it was a favorite.

Overall, this visit completely changed my impression of this location. Definitely worth checking out.“

“It’s so clean here, I even posted it on TikTok. The man at the front counter was super helpful and the prices are worth it! They even have combo meals for certain items like the hot dog combo which was amazing, it came with hot dog, fries and a soda! It’s sanitary compared to other places. Definitely 10/10 recommendation. They don’t play with the food when it comes to here. They have plant based options if you don’t eat meat and even gluten free options. EDIT: I forgot to add, it’s also HALAL“

“My daughter recently ate at this establishment. Upon leaving the restaurant after having a delicious meal, she suddenly saw the manager chasing her down the block with her watch. She had accidentally left the watch on the table. the honesty and effort was very much appreciated .“

I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. The only good thing here is that you can have the lunch time in and just have to wait to pack it up to take it to go home what's a lunch is 1299 here in N.Y. The staff was super friendly and extremely polite.

“As far as fast food goes, not a bad place. I like the burgers. I did not like the new barbecue rib sandwich. The meat was very fatty, there was hardly any cole slaw on the sandwich and barbecue sauce was too tangy. I would not recommend it nor would I order it again.. The staff in the restaurant are very nice and helpful. The prices are on the expensive side, considering this is a fast food restaurant. But they always have specials and they are open until midnight. Both of these are pluses and a reason to give this fast food restaurant a try again“
