“We are from out of town but visit ROC frequently because our son plays on the Jr. Amerks Juniors/NAHL team. He and some teammates discovered this place and go there for lunch literally every day they have home games. This place is the best-family owned and operated, great food great prices, great service! Tiramisu is my favorite thing in the world and Mamma G’s tiramisu is the best I have ever had. Carlo is the bomb!“

“Loved, loved, loved this grill! They have booths and tables. The food was exceptional-even the decaf coffee was rich and flavorful!! Everyone there working had a smile on there face which tells you they are happy working there. When I called there to ask questions the man who I talked to was so friendly. And... “My friend and I went there for dessert and a beverage. The selection was outstanding. I ordered the Viennese Mirangue Torte, it was delicious. “First time in and I’m blown away. You walk right in and you feel the local friendly love from the get go. Decor is unique and lovely. The food is utterly impressive. Can I please have a lifetime of the grilled raspberry English Muffins please? Not sure about that prior comment about rude service, because I swear, I met these people only for like 30 mins and I feel like I’ve known them for a lifetime. “I took an elderly friend of mine to lunch and we absolutely loved everything about it! Very friendly people, outstanding food (I had easily the best corned beef hash ever, plus my eggs were perfect!!), super clean, and awesome fast service. We never felt rushed, we felt welcomed. “We hosted our wedding reception here and had absolutely the best night! We had a list of demands and things that really needed to be done and Kristen made every one of them work. Every guest we had was amazed and loved the space and the atmosphere. The drinks were delicious and they were flexible on when we were able to open and close our tab. We would absolutely host another event here!“

“Stopped in for dinner and had a party of 4. It was a Tuesday night and told there was a 30 min wait. They offered us a high top at bar, and unfortanately it was really loud and hard to have a conversation.
The food was good. We previously had a catered event with the barbecue package and it was delicious. Was hoping those items on menu but they weren't.
We started with the artichoke cristini app. It was so good...we fought over the last one. I had an Asian pork sandwhich with sweet potato fries; my husband had a pizza and 2 other family members had burgers. No complaints about the food. Good portion sizes. Hot. Reasonable prices.“

“A Gem in Rochester! Came back to my hometown and had a surprise dinner party for my mother last night for a party of 9. The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. My daughter hand picked some flowers to give to her grandmother, and the waitress went back and came out with a vase for her to set her flowers in. They even took our store bought cake, cut it up and brought it back out looking like the fanciest dessert ever- drizzling with some deliciousness! Kudos to the Chef, and thank you to all at Rooney’s who made our evening so successful and such a memorable experience!“

“10/10! I was blown away. Absolutely hands down one of Rochester’s best restaurants. Friendly and quick staff and the food… 🤤 oh the food. The food was DELICIOUS! Cooked to perfection, and as 2 chefs on a date who are highly critical of others cooking, we were BOTH impressed. Atmosphere was warm and inviting, and presentation was impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I took some pics & vids and have a smaller social media of 22K that i plan on directing to go to this extremely good restaurant if they are in the Rochester area. The cocktails are presented with class and flare as well. If you’re looking for that perfect place for a romantic date night dinner, business meeting or just a foodie… this is a MUST-GO! “With so many pizza choices in Irondequoit, this is my favorite. Pizza is always delicious, hot and made how I like it. Staff is always friendly when I go to pick it up. I have also used them for parties and never had an issue.“
