“My Wife and I saw this place while shopping at the Roosevelt Field Mall and never had it, so we decided to try. The server was very nice to us and gave us some suggestions and what was popular. We got the Works and Bacon Double chesse hot dogs and the pull pork poutine fries. The food was very delicious. We will definitely come back again for there food. Great job.“

“The Jerk chicken platter and hot wings make this halal stand out compared to others. Always have to get one or the other. The fried fish is amazing as well. The Halal eats burger is fine dining quality.
The portions is outstanding for the price. Never been disappointed with any item.
There is a wait time for items that are not a platter due to being made fresh to order so be prepared for that.
I hope this place keeps its quality and stays open forever.

Parking: The store front is located on a corner with both sides being a no-standing bus stop. But it is Queens so of course if you’re just going to pick up the food it’s perfectly fine. But during busy times those spots may be taken which leads to parking all the way down by Dunkin’ Donuts or in the parking lot of Stop & Shop across the street.
I’be never had an issue but something to be aware of if you’re not from the area.“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “I love this place. It has amazing Venezuelan empanadas, patacones, arepas rellenas, and so much more. On weekends, you can enjoy hervidos 🥰 I come here ever time I can and it brings me back ❤️❤️❤️ customer service is excellent. If you have never tried Venezuelan food, you should order the combos. If you need to bring something to a summer party, bring a bunch of tequeños. The kids will eat them by the dozen.“

New - Clean restaurant /not like the board of health violation the truck was.

Prices are less then the food truck

“Stopped here on a whim. My wife and I were going over to Texas Chicken and Burgers across the way for tenders, but saw the sign for this establishment and decided to come inside. We were rewarded by the very friendly service and great food. We got chicken over rice platters and an order of 4 lemon pepper tenders. Let me say that the amount of food they give you for $9.95, is greater that what one of the more visible Halal chains give you for $14.95. And it was just as good, if not better. The fried chicken tenders are amazing! They came out hot, fresh and were HUGE. Much bigger and less expensive than at the Wingstop a few blocks down the street.

We USED to go to Wingstop & Halal Bros. No longer. This is our spot.“

“Valentine's Day at White Castle was a bucket list experience I had been trying to achieve for years and it was totally worth it! They do a great job of making it a true experience from cloth tablecloths, roses and a photo op. We would definitely do it again and everyone should experience it at least once!“

“Tried it today after contemplating for a while. The server answered any questions I had and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor.Coming from the Island background of Jamaica I tried the Curry chicken wrap. It was so good, it didn't need no sauce. The server recommended the Butter chicken, and I came back 2 hours later to try it and he remembered my order. The food is freshly made to order. Very impressed! This will be my new lunch/breakfast spot.“

“Came in once last week and once yesterday, a bit later during the night. Since it was this late on a Sunday I didn’t expect the food to taste that fresh. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place. The manager was very nice and I could tell he’s trained his workers well. Will be coming agian.“

“Went here with my friends. We all enjoyed it. One of my friends mentioned this place being like subways(without Jared) but for pizza because of the options you have. I agree and honestly I can see the appeal. The pizza is definitely isn't the best in Queens but it's pretty decent and its very affordable. My buds shared a whole pie(plus some garlic breadsticks) and we spent around 25 dollars in total. Plus drinks are free if you are a student so that's a plus. If you are walking around the fresh meadows area, I'd give this place a try. Especially if you aren't alone.“

PROS
- The quality of the salads is always fantastic. It's great that they include the lemon and bread. The dressing is good quality

CONS
- They ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS forget something. Whether its the bread, the extra dressing on the side that I ordered, the lemon, etc.
- Adding additional protein makes almost no difference at all somehow. I ordered a ceasar salad with grilled chicken and it was not enough chicken the first time. So next time I ordered one with 2x extra chicken - I could NOT even tell the difference? Am I being charged extra for what seems to be the same order? Cmon guys“

They get my order wrong sometimes and sometimes when they send it, the tacos are sticking to the bottom and they’re a little bit soggy and cold when they get here but that’s licleh DoorDash’s fault. Also very upset that they discontinued the blue raspberry freeze. That was the greatest item of all time I’m a bit disappointed.“

“I visit this Wendy’s location and it’s usually in the drive thru. However, the line was long so we decided to go inside. I met two young ladies behind the counter and the look on their faces screamed frustration. I waited until the customer completed his order. The cash was toggling between the register and the order screen to packing orders. I walked up and gently said to both young ladies to breathe and to smile. The food they’re serving will taste like their mood. I understand but it will be ok just breathe and smile 😊 service with a smile. And stop saying I’m sorry… instead replace it with thank you for your patience how can I help you… or thank you for your patience here’s your order. And remember to smile it will be ok… my thing is where was the manager. Came to understand that one girl it was her first day and the other was still new. I commend them for their job well done and I felt the shift in their energy after our brief chat. I do wish these young ladies the best of luck and always keep your chin up. 🤩🤩“

“I had a very nice guy take my order. He was young and super polite. Our order was completed very quickly and handled very nicely. When I received the first bag, because it didn't have everything in it, this youngin apologized a few times and said that the rest was coming. I am a very patient person, I wasn't worried, but he zoned in on any discomfort I might face and apologized. I've never expected to leave a review for a Taco Bell, but this place is in order. But none of that was going on they are clean! They have lime and steak, pretty good little spicy. I get the cilantro rice in a bowl 🥣 with toppings extra cilantro steak and some chicken. You know I need me some protein. Children meal includes juicy box and 2 adult bowls like 30 bucks split the boll and you have an awesome deal, lol. Lines are short but when it gets busy it moves fast. Can't tell you the condition of the bathrooms, though never had to use them. You can dine outside they play music . It's safe area and when your done you can hit up Starbucks, it works out. Good management I'm sure.“

This is a fast food place that makes Tacos n stuff alike and I think it's exactly what I would expect from them. They helped me with my order, giving me the choice of Kiosk or Cashier, my food came out in minutes, we dined in and the seating area was clean. I have no complaints and will definitely be coming back.“

“Mcdonald's in my opinion has made a huge mistake. The sunrise highway Rockville Centre location has totally changed. They closed for weeks to do a total renovation. It was not for the better. They took a very comfortable atmosphere that was pleasant to sit in and made an austere ,cold, miserable place. As per Mcdonald's new policy the drink fountain is gone. Very poor corporate choice. Food is the same . Front counter was changed so when entering in early morning you are blinded by the sun. The menu board was changed and is extremely hard to read especially with the sun. They closed off the kitchen. Very unusual. What are they hiding? Handicap parking is available. I drive from two away to use this Mcdonald's. It was always my favorite. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Now I don't need to make the effort to use just this Mcdonald's. Whoever did the design needs to go back to design school. Again they should have left what was not broken untouched. Poor choice Mcdonald's.“
