“I love their pizzas. They have a brick oven that they make their pizzas in and it really brings out the authenticity of the pizza. Their pizzas are sized just for you to eat. You have a choice of ordering a bigger/“regular” sized pizza that you’d often see at other pizza places but their pizza size makes it so easy for you to just eat that by yourself and go. One recommendation for when you go is definitely the bbq chicken pizza! I love the bbq chicken pizza. I understand quality and service vary wildly by location, but I have been coming here for about 20 years now with about 5 year gaps in between. I don't eat Taco Bell much, but every time I go to this location in Lynbrook on Merrick Rd., they always have good customer service. Yes, the employee rotation changes throughout the years, but all that served me were great. The food is always good here and the stock of condiments are always full. This restaurant looks clean every time I go. This time I ordered from the self serve kiosk and the employee in his personal conversation with another customer still stopped to ask if I needed help. I ordered a chicken burrito and taco with Frank's hot sauce on it.“

I met two young ladies behind the counter and the look on their faces screamed frustration. I waited until the customer completed his order. The cash was toggling between the register and the order screen to packing orders. I walked up and gently said to both young ladies to breathe and to smile. The food they’re serving will taste like their mood. I understand but it will be ok just breathe and smile 😊 service with a smile.
