The guy who cooked my food went on break and ate his food and went back to work wearing the same gloves the entire time. But the tacos were really good.“

“More importantly: The food was great and all, but the service was next level! Our server was Maddi (I hope I got the spelling right) and she was bomb! She made great recommendations, was extremely polite, always answered my questions with a smile, and worked with the kind of pride you'd expect from the business owners themselves. The food was 5 star but I'd give the service 6! *I'm not crazy about cash only or mask requirements, but that's their choice and the staff was polite about it and I have no complaints!“

“This is one of my regular Mainstays. Dan Elmer along with Steve Tyler and Kyle and the rest of the gang are awesome. This store in my opinion is the epitome of the best of Arby's. The food is affordable I love the coziness of the restaurant and we have become friends with several of the staff. Their menu selections , their new featured items are always worth a try in my opinion. This store should be a training store because Dan Elmer in my opinion does an awesome job ,I see how he is so patient with his staff and the new staff too. If I see it as a customer then his upper management must be seeing it as well. Many kudos go out to this group“

“To be clear, this 5 star review is based upon the service of an employee named Skyler. The food is good (quite expensive) but good. This employee made everyone feel welcome from the moment they walked in the door, until the moment they walked out. In between orders, he was checking on the diners to see how they were enjoying their food. Great positive attitude and demeanor. I would hire them at my business.“

“This is A smaller Sub Sandwich Shop on North Aurora and just around the corner from the Ithaca Commons.. The Sub's are made to Order right in front of You.. This is the one-way part of Aurora Street , so You will Have to get there on foot , after You park somewhere. Jimmy John's Does Deliver.“

“Kaitlyn rocks. That girl was running the store by herself due to a callout and the shift before her forgot to make bread. So on top of being the only employee she had minimal bread. She deserves a raise and shame on management for allowing this to happen. SHE PUT A SMILE ON HER FACE AND MUSTERED THROUGH THAT LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS THE BEST SHE COULD.
