“for the love of all sandwich please open shop in Dansville ny. no good sandwiches in 50 miles any direction. save the stateworkers stomaches! this is no joke. these people need sandwich heros. they need people who care about food. I've read your requirements and I consider how it seems to you that the location is not qualifyable. I'm telling you though those numbers are meaningless along a state highway that holds the crossroads to the center of all directions the hungry deprived people will come. please help this neglected part of New York and revolutionize food for some of the hardest working men and women. it's a travesty what people slap as a sandwich here. a crime against humanity we need a godfather for food!“

“To be clear, this 5 star review is based upon the service of an employee named Skyler. The food is good (quite expensive) but good. This employee made everyone feel welcome from the moment they walked in the door, until the moment they walked out. In between orders, he was checking on the diners to see how they were enjoying their food. Great positive attitude and demeanor. I would hire them at my business.“

“? Yummy Alert! ?The crab and corn soup is soooooo tasty! Try it.Layout of the food area is a bit odd which creates a bad logistical flow for people getting food and those exiting with their food. Also, the staff are seemingly unfriendly and I swear I thought the guy serving in the hot food section was going to drip sweat into the curry. The older lady next to him served the rice so sloppy. The dish looked ugly because of how it was served and presented and so I left it. But, the crab and corn soup is fantastic!“

“Becca at this location is the epitome of excellent customer service. She understands the difference of hospitality over service and that alone sets this establishment above all others in Ithaca because finding that type of service is very difficult. I came in with my son after spending the afternoon at UR and spending 4.5 hours in a car to order a chicken salad sub only to find out it was discontinued. Not knowing how exhausting our day was both physically and mentally instead of just telling us the item was no longer available she offered to make it by hand for my son. She not only made my son's entire day exponentially better but her kindness and compassion for the people she comes in contact with as a mother brought tears to my eyes and warmed my heart.“
