I really surprised the manager's ( May Be/A fair Guy) unprofessional behave today at around 3pm.For their previous impressive service me and my wife again went the restaurant and after foods order we had been waiting almost 01 hour.At one stage I reminded the guy regarding the order and he replied " I am sending foods".After 20 minutes again I asked him and said we would not wait any more.He replied "You may leave the restaurant" rather apologising.
Very Unfortunate.

Shanai Restaurant & Party Hall is an absolutely great restaurant and one of the best in Jackson Heights. The specialty is the service. The manager is very helpful, caring, and cooperative; they always ensure guests are happy. The staff is really nice, providing friendly service and good suggestions. The goat biryani was delicious, a little spicy but great, and the goat curry and mix platter were incredibly tasty with exquisite, flavourful flavors. Foods and services were awesome. Everyone is very nice. Hopefully they will continue this service for a longtime.
