“I just picked up my morning cold brew from this Starbucks. I gotta say, when I picked up my coffee, an unexpected surprise came forth. A heart was drawn in chocolate syrup on top of my cold foam. Unexpected surprises, whether big or small can have and definitely did have a positive effect. The barista who made my order, thank you. And to corporate, notice your workers more and make them feel as special as I did picking up my morning coffee today.“
