Viva Ceviche offers delicious, fresh ceviche made with love. The shrimp ceviche has a nice kick, while the Lomo Saltado is flavorful. The chicken soup and fried fish are satisfying, reminiscent of Callao. The friendly environment and excellent service make it a great spot to enjoy a meal, with a kids menu available.
