I had a great experience with Alejandro, he got me come back to this spot with his customer service. Five stars to him
It's not right to have one guy working during peak rush hour. The pretzel dog and hot dog nuggets all look burnt or reheated. The cinnamon nuggets are fine.
Phillip and Andrea were excellent. Very helpful. Helped immensely with a big order in the morning very quickly. Love the spot and atmosphere.

Auntie Anne's is located in a fast-paced area by the LIRR. The staff is great, with fast service. The employees are super kind, respectful, and welcoming. They are friendly and professional, offering a discount if necessary. The first batch of fresh pretzels is very good. The food is good and the location is nice and clean. It is a crazy combo of a location, offering the best of both worlds.
