They took too long to take my order (the cashier was in break or something). I asked for a bowl and they didn’t have it. Then I asked for a bento box and they didn’t have any. Then they just gave a sushi from yesterday. The rice from the sushi tastes weird (most likely because it has been refrigerated for an entire day).
Amazing food, great quality and on top of that, one of the best customer service I’ve ever seen in an airport, I am a regular customer to them for many years and the reason behind that is the way they treat me as a loyal customer. Thank you so much
Honestly the only decent food in T4. It’s warm and quick. Also contain 70% rice and 30% beef which doesn’t really justify the price.

However, the ambiance is lacking, being situated in an airport hallway. Overall, it is a reliable choice for a quick bite before a flight, especially for those who have made it a favorite stop for years.
